Someone, Take Donna’s Blackberry Away from Her

Thousands are calling for her resignation. Thousands more are wondering if she’s off her meds (or needs to be ON some meds). What I WANT TO KNOW is WHAT IN THE HELL the poor saps like us who donate to the Democratic party are paying this woman? (I actually searched for information today on what Donna Brazile is paid by the DNC, but was unable to find any financial statements. If any of you can, please find it and share it with us.)
There’s a sweet soul who has a lovely little blog, Little Isis, who had the temerity to write to Miss Donna Brazile. Her polite note included:

I am emailing you on behalf of many people. I am, as you may know, a Hillary Clinton Supporter. You have probably gotten a lot of emails from her supporters, and I understand from the blogs I often frequent that you have responded to many of them.
I want you to know that I read bits and pieces of your autobiography, Cooking With Grease, and thought it was wonderful and well written. I came to understand from your book and from a lot of what I have witnessed in this election cycle that to simply put groups of people in Demographics and Exit polls is a misunderstanding of both America and the Democratic Party. …
The rest of her letter to Donna Brazile was similarly polite, kindly, and complimentary. She signed it, “respectfully, A young female voter from Ohio.” THIS is the response this young Democrat received:

Well, leave it to the very earnest and polite LittleIsis to write a rational response to her blog’s readers:
I kid you not. That was her reply. This is DNC leadership. A Superdelegate and a person responsible for seating Florida and Michigan. Is this normal behavior for party leadership? I must say that I’m somewhat confused. And if anyone can tell me how my letter to her was “Anti-American” and “Anti-Democratic” and how I supposedly “don’t care about America” because I urged her to count the votes in two swing states, please let me know. I’m dying to figure out how counting votes is “Anti-American” and “Anti-Democratic”.
I would urge everyone not to try and email her anymore. She is beyond rationality at this point. And I would also urge everyone who did have exchanges with her to contact the DNC about this and also to send what she wrote back to every media outlet you possibly can. She clearly is incredibly unprofessional, and it alarms me that she is in the position she is in right now.
You may share your opinions with Little Isis.

Like Marc, MANY of us have found the most respectful, objective, and rational commentaries to have come from Republicans and/or conservatives like Joe Scarborough and Pat Buchanan.
We find ourselves, more and more, watching Fox News because at least there’s SOME chance that Hillary Clinton will be treated with dignity and respect. And because Fox News is truly more “fair and balanced” than CNN and vastly moreso than MSNBO.

A THOUGHT OR TWO:
It was bad enough, during the years of the Bush presidency, to feel like we were powerless to stop a war, to preserve Constitutional rights and guarantees, to protect our nation’s military viability, to give any attention to the massive needs in our own country — from our environmental peril to our crumbling infrastructure to our growing number of impoverished low-wage or unemployed people to our completely unfair health care system.
But now we have to feel powerless because a DNC bureaucracy doesn’t give a damn what we think? Doesn’t pay attention to the inability of its Chosen One to win the major electoral college states required to win the presidency? Doesn’t care that its Chosen One hasn’t the experience or the work ethic to truly make a difference should he, by some miracle, be elected? Doesn’t seem to realize that it is nearly guaranteeing the election of John McCain as the next president?
At least when we felt powerless during the Bush years, we had a enemy we could comprehend rationally. But now our enemy is the party that was supposed to be on OUR side.
I’m dumfounded. I’m confused. I’m upset.
But I’m not going to shut up. And the very best thing is that I know you aren’t either.
Donna Brazile is a shame to the Democratic party and one of the prime reasons we will lose in November with Obama as the nominee.
Could Ms. Brazile, perhaps, have a touch of mad cow disease?

You really should talk to one of these outlets. You will need to show them the actual email so that they can be sure it is authentic.
Hate to say it but FOX is probably your best bet - or maybe Drudge. I think this would actually be good for the party if this got out because they need a wake up call before they alienate a huge part of the party. They need to dump Brazile - and they need to know that we can fight back and there will be consequences.
FOX would run with it ISIS, but they would need you to FORWARD the ACTUAL email.
You might want to send it to Rush and Hannity’s radio shows.

I’m so glad Susan posted this. I was surprised to see my comment that was originally posted on your site. That’s great. It would be nice to have Dobbs show this. Maybe it would stir things up at CNN. What’s really amazing is that it seems Brazille thinks her side has taken the moral high ground, as if nothing nasty ever gets said about Hillary at places like Daily Kos, TPM, Air America and MSNBC. As if she doesn’t believe the reports of intimidation at caucuses throughout the country. If we’re repugnant and vile, what do you call them.
It’s time that we destroy the party so that the party can renew itself. The DNC and superdelegates are worried about how Obama’s supporters react to a Clinton victory. Their fears have been misplaced. Life-long Democrats are willing to destroy our party to save the party’s future. We want change, but not the change that the DNC apparently wants to foist upon us.
We say “NO” to a corrupt nominating process, “No” to the ineffective Democratic leadership of the DNC that has favored one candidate at the expense of the other, and “NO” to a false messiah candidate with a questionable background who is a Democrat in name only, and who will surely lead the Democratic party to defeat in the general election.
Unfortunately that may be the only way. Mass rejection of the democratic party so that it can be reborn.
We cannot allow Barky Obama to throw his temper tantrums like the very spoiled brat that he is.
Reviewing his history as we know it — Father Kenyan (with another wife back in Kenya) and Barky’s mother born in Kansas but spent time in Hawaii with her parents, where she met and marries BHO senior. (Yep — little BHO is Jr.). Father of BHO Jr. continues on to Harvard, and white mom divorces bigamist father. Mom REMARRIES and takes Jr. with her to Indonesia. Jr. requests to live with Grandparents in Hawaii. Grandparents are originally from Kansas (probably Republicans — based on genealogical research on my mother’s Kansas heritage). Grandmother is BANK VP — thus well off and can afford the very best for Jr.
Jr. goes to Punahoe — which is an elite, elite high school in Honolulu — where there are lots of private schools, mostly missionary/religious.
In Hawaii it was no big deal to be mixed race — in fact nearly all of my friends in school were mixed race — except for a few Japanese and one or two Chinese — most were mixed race. Obama could very easily have passed as Portuguese or Portagee in the local pidgin English. And he probably did — at the time he wasn’t using his biological father’s name, but rather his step father’s name. Which would allow Barry Jr. to blend in. Meanwhile back in Kenya BHO Sr. uses his Harvard education, gets drunk and wrecks his car and himself. He brings another wife with him to Kenya and he is a drunk and a wife beater in Kenya. Apparently Barky’s mother was lucky to divorce BHO Sr. — a wife beating father can really screw up a kid. But Barky only dreams of his father. Lots of messages here — Hey is there a shrink in the house — BHO JR. is in real need of some professional help — ASAP.
He didn’t grow up poor, nor in a Black ghetto. He grew up in affluence with two white grand parents who adored him. Again it was NO big deal for him to be raised by his grandparents — many of my friends were raised by grandparents or aunts and uncles — no big deal — extended families are not unusual in Hawaii. There was NO stigma attached to being raised by grandparents in Hawaii.
He graduates from High School and attends various high end colleges in the States (or Mainland US).
This guy has learned to use race and race baiting — and the thing is he hasn’t really experienced growing up Black. He has learned to use the color of his skin — and I find that very offensive. What’s worse he has consciously chosen to join a racist AA church. Rev. Wright’s message is the racism of the Black Panthers of the 60s — when Obama was a child and living in Indonesia and Hawaii.
Obama Jr. is a fraud. He grew up in Hawaii — but apparently he grew up in a bubble — rather like bush grew up going to exclusive/expensive schools and spent little time with the common folk.
Who is Obama Jr. really?
WE DON’T KNOW THE ANSWER TO THIS QUESTION.
Donna Brazile is a RACIST for trying to swindle an election for her candidate — who happens to have dark skin. And he has learned to act and speak like an African American — but his roots are very different than the majority of Blacks or African Americans who came to this country as slaves.
Why is she so desperate to force Barky Obama Jr. on America? Has she been offered anything for her support of Jr.?
Whatever we can do to get her expelled from any role at all in the DNC would be healthy for the Democratic Party. DB is as toxic as her candidate, Barky Obama Jr.

A few thoughts from a Honolulu resident and staunch supporter of Hillary Clinton:
(1)The senator’s correct name, the one he chooses to go by, is Barack Obama. You sound like a 10-year-old hurling a schoolyard taunt at a rival when you mock his name as “Barky”. Certainly, you can oppose the man’s candidacy ans still conduct yourself with some modicum of dignity and respect, can’t you?
(2) Barack Obama was born in Hawaii, and lived his entire childhood here in the islands, save for the four years in Indonesia between the ages of 6 and 10. I know Obama likes to tout his years in Indonesia as part of his foreign experience, But it is essentially meaningless. Thus, your emphasis of it is likewise irrelevant.
(3) The correct name of the school Obama attended in Honolulu is Punahou, not “Punahoe”. Eh, if you really one local, you know dat already, yeah? Where you wen’ high school? Vegas?
(4) Hawaii is every bit as much a state as “the States.” Honolulu is the third oldest American city west of the Mississippi, after Santa Fe, NM and St. Louis. The aforementioned Punahou is the oldest private secondary school west of the Rocky Mountains.
(5) I’ve found the people of this state to be far more politically sophisticated and akamai (the Hawaiian word for “astute”) than most of their mainland counterparts. Therefore, I really don’t appreciate your depiction of islanders as little more than a bunch of kind-hearted rubes.

But being that you couldn’t even spell “Punahou” correctly — and nearly everyone here knows Punahou — and no self-respecting, “fo’ real” local would ever refer to the mainland as “the States”, I doubt it. BO is not sociologically or cultrually connected to the AA community. For him to be playing the race card for personal ambition is about as contemptible as anyone can get. He doesn’t care about the AA community anymore than OJ did before he got his ass in trouble for killing his ex-wife and Ron Goldman. And what’s worse, BO learned from the OJ episode how to exploit the AA community’s blind loyality based on a centuries acquired anger and bitterness with regard to racism and present-day social inequities. I just called the DNC - for about the fifth time. They don’t seem very responsive.

I suggest a mass movement to change registration from Democrat to Independent, unless your state hasn’t voted yet. You can still vote for whoever you want, of course, in the GE. It’s the only thing I can think of to get at least a little attention. If reregistering can be spread around pro-Hillary blogs, hundreds or thousands of people switching, might give them the idea that maybe they do need us.
I guess because we aren’t threatening riots we don’t count. What does that say for this country - whoever threatens violence gets their way.

Also, the foreign press. If the American press won’t report, see if the foreign press will. People with bilingual skills should use them. Most foreign newspapers have websites. Upload bilingual videos on youtube if need be.
But by no means feel powerless, especially when in Nov you can show up at the polls and vote and SHOW THEM.

This should be no big deal for DB — however it might be for Obama — since he seems to be a homophobic.
He has to be, or that Black voting block will dry up overnight. The Black community is strongly homophobic, strongly is an understatement. So evident that in GA when the gay marriage bill was pushed, the same community that voted for Obama, voted with the same numbers to not pass it.
I was like the couple thousand that voted “yes” (yep, I’m very much a conservative, but I do believe in the ERA. too — equal not special!).

Black Muslims broke the back of a white lady cop = racism for telling them to move out of the middle of the highway (where they were panhandling for money without a permit, even).
Blacks having to be schooled in an all Black school, has every perk known under the roof to compensate for 100% Black pupils (and still having to pass it through the DOJ — 40 years after the Civil Rights Act) — and STILL can’t pass the GA’s basic standards in testing. Free breakfast; free lunch; Headstart; mentors; childcare — you name it.
When boat people can excel under a whole new culture, language, society, living 10 in a house working 2 jobs — NO MORE DAMN PITY EXCUSES!
Think it’s bad now, just wait until they’re in office to spread this crap all over the country. If you don’t live in the South, you never experienced this stuff, and will get a shocker when you do.
