When Bill Clinton got our freeways back up in record time after the earthquake in LA right before the 2nd term? Trust me....he won my goodwill. Gas break? I'll take it. That gas tax holiday was also to help the O/O who has been forced to carry most of the cost in fuel for the past few years with fuel surcharges not keeping up.
