Actually there are cases of catholics ( female ) who did covert to orthodox judaism....and of course they were ex-communicated...So I don't disagree except that I'm not quoting fiction. These marriages are more common than you think...and usually the children are baptised Catholic...celebrate both traditions but I'm not sure of Barmitzvah....I think mostly the kids do the catholic thang....I knew one guy who didn't find out he was Jewsih until an adult and he's still on his quest for integration...I'm just sayin' I am quoting a statistic…in terms of christians and non-christians.
