At least 200,001 Reasons Hillary Should Be President

A democratic election ought to be based on who gets the most votes. But not in the Alice and Wonder World of Howard Dean and the Main Stream Media. They indulge more fantasies than Heidi Fleiss’s whorehouse.

Let’s make this simple. Thirty six states actually held a primary election. You do not have to guess about the results. You don’t have to do an estimate. The results (excluding Michigan and Oregon, where the counting just started) has Hillary with 403,261 more votes than Barack. She has smoked his ass over the last four weeks. Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Indiana, and Kentucky are needed in the fall if the Democrats hope to win back the White House. Hell, let’s ignore them. Let’s focus on states that held caucuses. You know, events where only a fraction of the eligible voters actually participated. That makes sense. Right?

If people here actually support Hillary so passionately, why do they reject her request to support the Dem nominee (whoever it is) over McCain?

Is Hillary foolish to say that Obama is a better choice that McCain?

Or is she lying?

It can only be one or the other.

Comment by Kourian | 2008-05-21 00:27:32

That has to be a rhetorical question. Because the answer’s bleeding obvious.

Comment by Easy peasy. | 2008-05-21 00:48:35

It’s obvious that Hillary is foolish for saying Obama is better than McCain?

Or it’s obvious that Hillary is lying and actually supports McCain?

There is a third option: Those who refuse to vote for the Dem nominee are foolish.

So which is it?

You passionately support someone you consider a fool?

I will support John McCain ALWAYS over a terrorist sympathizing, fraudulent, racist, lying, corrupt, inept, sexist windbag. The safety of this country comes first and foremost. Hillary making the plea is due to her being a team player a fact which the DNC uses against her. Nothing anyone, including Hillary, says on this matter will sway me. Unlike you Obamatots I still have the ability for independent thought.

You are under the wrong impression about why we would vote McCain. We support Hillary because we truly believe she is the best candidate. We won’t support Obama even if Hillary asks us to because we don’t trust Obama. We understand Hillary will toe the party line. She is a party loyalists. We aren’t party loyalists. We choose country over party. And we vehemently believe that Obama spells disaster for this country. He has only been in the Senate 4 years, and spent the last 2 of those years running for President. This gives him effectively 2 years of “real world” experience, or lack thereof. And it shows. Since when was Iran not a “grave threat” to the US and its allies? When did the US decide to negotiate with terrorists? The man’s lack of understanding of the world in which we live is terrifying. So we vote experience, and McCain has it. Obama doesn’t.

I never doubted the intelligence of an opposing candidates voters before this election.

When a candidate sits in a church advocating hatred for other americans ,and some of your bffs think that bombing and killing americans is a good thing, or ripping off the people you are supposed to represent while giving you the money that could have given them heat in the winter I really have to wonder why do they hate america.

Let me break it down for ya skippy. We SUPPORT Hillary Clinton for President. Unlike y’all we’re NOT glassy eyed minions of braindead loolaide sippers. We actually THINK for ourselves. Senator Clinton is a loyal Democrat(more then can be said for BO &MO). If the DNC manages to hoodwink and bamboozle obamalamadingdong into the nomination and insist on driving the democratic party bus off a cliff, Senator Clinton will cross herself and STILL try to give the right directions. WE however are free minded, free citizens and have the right to REGECT your racist, homophobic, misogynistic, ANTI Democracy, ANTI American, dommestic terrorist lovin, CORRUPT, empty suit of a conman. See, it’s simple. So simple even an obamatard like YOU should be able to understand. Yer boy is toast. Now or the general election, yer boy is toast.

Comment by Ann Shaw | 2008-05-21 07:14:39

There was a request on Hillary’s website to e-mail Sen. McCaskill about falling in line behind the presumptive nominee, so I forwarded this to her:

“Many of us who are registered Democrats will not be voting for Senator Obama in November. While initially I would have supported any of the three candidates, the tactics used against Senator Clinton and her supporters in this campaign were beyond abysmal. The denunciations of the Clinton base as “racist”, “illiterate”, “uneducated”, “bitter” and let’s not forget the ever-inferior “woman voter” are beyond nasty Rovian politics. It is a politic allied to the intimidation techniques, the propaganda and the repressiveness of McCarthyism. That’s the stench emanating from the Obama campaign and why I, in good conscience, cannot vote for him.”

I forgot to congratulate the numerous “blue collar” workers of KY and WV for making a stand against these tactics. The MSM and the Obama managers underestimated both the intelligence and the decency of the voters in both states. Who you calling “stupid”, stupid?

Comment by Skiron | 2008-05-21 08:03:51

“Senator Clinton is a loyal Democrat”

I dunno. Her “obliterate Iran” comments did not strike me as being very in line with Democratic thinking.

Neither did her pusillanimous vote to authorize military action in Iraq.

Nor her relying on the analytical skills of one Karl Rove to support her pitch of being a stronger candidate than Obama.

Nor is her getting chummy with the likes of Richard Mellon Scaife and Rupert Murdoch.

Think I’ve made my point.

Comment by Hope | 2008-05-21 09:53:46

All of this goes to the same idea..doing what is right for the country (as in Hillary’s solid, pragmatic solutions) regardless of party affiliation. Common sense dictates we make decisions for the good of the country above any political party. No Obama!

Comment by Debi | 2008-05-21 15:44:31

Because, and here’s something that’s hard to grasp for an Obama supporter, we support our candidate. We don’t worship her the way Obama supporters worship him. We still have minds and wills of our own.

Comment by John | 2008-05-21 06:16:06

I think that’s what’s throwing off the Obamabots: If Barack told them to jump out of an airplane without a parachute, they’d do it without question. Of Course, Master! And then what?

So, they can’t quite grasp this concept of supporters of Hillary making up their OWN minds and not just doing whatever Hillary says.

Many of us here, including myself, will not support Obama because he is a slimy criminal who couldn’t get low level security clearance to work in the congressional mailroom.

He does not belong anywhere in our government - Period!

McCain, for all his flaws, loves his country, has served his country, and would not be an egregious danger to this country.

Sucks that Hillary supporters come up short in that regard, IF what you said is true.

But the fact is she just has fewer committed supporters.

No, the obama supporters who are in college have the time to attend a caucus whereas most Democrats are working or have other responsibilities. Therefore the majority of caucus goers could be college students, not that college students are a majority of anything. (Except twits :))

Comment by Let it go. It's over. | 2008-05-21 00:09:54

So Hillary promises to spend tax dollars to make sure even more twits can go to college? Seems self-defeating.

She’d been up til 3 am drinking shots with McCain?

Comment by TeakWoodKite | 2008-05-21 01:01:14

and this speciem proclaims the “educated” BO supporters are “twits”,

And yes a harvard education does seem self defeating at times.

Good luck finding all those “committed supporters” come November.

Comment by John | 2008-05-21 06:21:28

Yeah, you’re right: if Hillary supporters were really committed, the nurses among them would have abandoned their shifts to go caucus. The moms would have left their kids without dinner or babysitters. The active military would have gone AWOL, grabbed a plane and come back home to participate.

After all, if the kids could sacrifice a night of playing HALO or getting tanked at the local watering hole, why weren’t Hillary supporters willing to make similar sacrifices.

You fail. Crawl back to Kos now.

Comment by BernieO | 2008-05-21 07:14:51

There is no comparison between getting out the vote for caucuses and elections. Many disabled and older people cannot go to a caucus but can vote in elections through absentee ballots. There are only a few hours for a caucuse whereas elections not only last an entire day, they also allow voting starting weeks ahead.
Also a lot of people had no idea that if their candidate won their state’s primary she/he could still lose the caucus and wind up with fewer votes. I follow politics very closely and did not know this. I also did not know that delegates do not represent an equal number of voters, so the person with fewer votes can still win the delegates. This is an insane, undemocratic system .

Comment by Debi | 2008-05-21 16:05:45

I agree, I moved to the western U.S. 2 years ago, from a place “where being poor was not a crime, and hillbilly’s are considered normal”… Anyway I had never been to a caucus, until this past winter. And boy is it different. for one thing it TAKES ALL DAY!! I am not joking. My day started by standing in line in the snow, for hours just to get inside, then you fianlly after about 3 hours get to go up to a table and they look up your name. It was then that you were put into another line. This one was shorter, only a 2 hour wait this time.

Then we were hearded into a room, meant to hold 1/3 as many people. Crammed in like sardines, we listened to speakers for another hour or so. By this time even the die hard 20 year kids are tired! then FIANLLY after 6 hours and man walks throught he room carring a large CARDBOARD BOX! People begin to swarm around him, stuffing the paper ballots in the box….. They are pushing and shoving one another to get to the box before the man leaves.. This is very easy for older or disabled people to do. The man carring the box holds it higher over his head, so that the 8 foot tall people in the wheelchairs can reach it better!

Then we are all pushed into another room where we all can sit, most of us did not have seats. Then we get to listen to people talk to try to change our minds. Then we all get to visit the man with the box again… What a wonderful time most of us had!!

The funny thing was even though I saw more Hillary supporters than Obama, he still won… It was a miracle!!!

Actually, you’d be surprised how many people are unaware of the fact that their states haves caucuses and only those that show up have their votes counted. Here in Washington state we have both and most people don’t know their ballets mean poopoo. When they find out, they’re pissed. Which is why caucuses aren’t a true representation of the will of the people. My caucus was over run with Obama bits whole took over everything and pushed older and more vulnurable people around. It was a mad house. But if you look at the primary numbers, they were much closer. And THAT was before the Rev.Wright dust up. He would have lost, big time if he’d been properly vetted early on. But hey, have fun in the fall when “Whitey” comes home to roost. Comment by Ai1een | 2008-05-21 02:37:22

Please tell me you not that ignorant. Obama has college kids and white collar workers - get a clue - of course they have the opportunity to go caucus - especially when they’re being told to cut class and go caucus for Obama. Clinton has a profoundly higher amount of blue collar voters - they are not able to tell their boss to stop the factory assembly line while they go caucus. However seeing as how HILLARY has the higher popular vote, it really blows your “Hillary supporters don’t support her!” theory out the water.

Also in regard to MICHIGAN. Obama, Richardson and Edwards all took their names off the ballot for one reason and one reason only…POLITICS. At that time they knew Hillary would win that state and they didn’t want it to affect the momentum of their campaigns. The agreement was never to remove their names off the ballot - if it was, why was Obama’s name still on the ballot in Florida? He ran non-stop commercials there for 2 weeks and still LOST. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/10/11/AR2007101100859_pf.html

He spent MILLIONS

Why was Hillary’s fundraising piss pot poor?

You don’t hate things about Obama — you hate Obama.

Namely because he’s a:
(a) black
(b) man
(c) who isn’t Hillary

But do you hate him more than you loathe McCain? Are you going to vote for him or Nader?

Would you like a diaper for your tears?

wooly bully troll plays the race card - such a surprise when an obamaloon plays the race card. /sarc.

wooly bully is full of shit with his pathetic excuses as to why we hate obama.

in response to wooly bully’s question about do we hate him more than mccain - yes, we do.

then wooly bully asks if we’re going to vote for him or nader. obamaloons are so pathetic in their recent attempts - they know we’re not going to vote for obama, so they’re hoping we’ll stay home, vote for nader, write in hillary, whatever. the one thing they’re desperate to prevent us from doing is voting for mccain. they know that our voting for mccain is what’s going to send them and their asshole candidate home as losers in november.

will be voting for mccain, you asshole!!!

will be voting for mccain

Me too. But I’m very optimistic about Hillary! Screw these trolls with their anxiety about the general election. Obama doesn’t even have the nomination yet.

Comment by so saddened | 2008-05-20 23:51:11

agree. definitely hillary. but if she’s not on the ballot, definitely mccain. and the obamaloons can scream and yell and whine and lie and bullshit and play the guilt card and play the race card and play the fear card and….whatever other crap they come up with. won’t change a damn thing.

hillary or mccain. no other option.

I am sorry that you hate Obama’s supporters so much that you will vote for McCain even after Hillary Clinton herself has said that such would be a “terrible mistake” for any of her supporters. Why, you hate Obama supporters so much that you don’t even seem to need to remain connected to the moral framework that propelled your candidate -

Comment by Hope | 2008-05-21 01:21:41

Please tell us more about the moral framework?

It’s not about Barack or his supporters. This is bigger than Barack.

We’re on the front lines of a war, and if you don’t know it, wait until the race riots show up on your door.

You’re so ignorant, naive and delusional! You just swallow all the crap about him and denying the obvious that your idol is the Manchurian candidate fielded with the only end in mind: THE DESTRUCTION OF AMERICAN DEMOCRACY FROM WITHIN.

From his family background to his political roots in Chicago, Obama is the personification of the threat that McCarthyists and ’50s Red-baiters could not imagine would ever attain the level of political menace he now poses at the USA. From investigative accounts, starting with his parents (Asia Times article “Obama is the Mother’s Best Revenge Against the America She Hated”) Obama’s upbringing was grounded on his family’s communist and leftist inclination. His mother (reportedly a fellow traveller) met his father, a Kenyan exchange student in Russian language class, married him and later left, but is reported later to have published several articles in international communist publications, like the Comintern-founded journal, Problems of Peace, Freedom and Socialism. His stepfather was reported also as having been connected with the Indonesian Communist Party which during Sukarno’s time, had the largest membership outside of China & USSR.

Early on, Obama’s mentor and early father figure, was Frank Marshall Davis, well documented in No Quarter as a member of the CPUSA (Communist Party of the Uniteds States of America) and who may had been responsible for Obama’s move to Chicago and had introduced him to all the leftist, radicals and extremists that he is now associated with, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Louis Farrakhan, and ex-Wethermen terrorist Bill Ayers and his wife.

There you are Obamorons! Connect the dots and explain why despite his being mum about his ideological bent, and opportunistic allusions to Reagan, all the notable left-wing groups such as the Communist-oriented The Nation magazine, Barbara Ehrenriech’s DSA (Democratic Socialists) are in lock step with the Obama movement. Wake up you morons and idiots!

No, go ahead vote for McCain.

If you do, you deserve him.

And any troop you ’support’ will bear the brunt of your obstinacy.

No, go ahead vote for McCain.

Gladly. If there is a match up between Obama and McCain I will pick the lesser of two evils McCain. No writing in. No Nader. And millions of other Hillary supporters will vote for McCain under that scenario.

Thankfully Hillary is still in this and you whiny trolls can’t force her out. See you in August.
