Did anyone see on CNN this AM around 8am they did a sequence showing voters voting? In it it showed a voter wearing an OBAMA08 jacket WHILE IN THE ACT OF VOTING IN THE BOOTH.
It is my understanding that this is against the LAW. CNN is showing this blatantly!
Isn’t there a law that states you are not allowed to campaign in or near a polling place?

Ordinances do not apply to voters wearing campaign apparel in the voting place. Usually, the laws apply to campaign yard signs and handing out flyers. The restricted distance from the closest polling place is typically 100 feet. If you’re closer than that, you will be guilty of electioneering.

Angry women are considered the less damaging alternative to the party.

Barack Obama is not anymore religious than he is ideological. The man has no core, no center. He is not the Second Coming, he is not the “Transcender”, he is not the unifying force. He is simply another Chicago politician who knew just who to schmooze, whose ass to kiss, whose lap to climb onto, to get to where he wanted to be. Luck played a heavy role in that as well since his opponent, Alan Keyes, was a joke!
Pushing this candidacy down my throat, when I know he lacks judgment, experience, qualifications, and empathy is something I will resist in November. If I have to vote McCain, I do so hoping and praying that the ineffectual Dems in congress increase in tally and will be used as a stopgap measure. An Obama presidency will fraught with more dissatisfaction than a McCain presidency since we already will know the ingredients up front. I am a Hillary supporter but they are undermining her at every turn.

I am an American citizen first. That is where my heart and duty is, to my country. No party affiliation can make me vote for an anti-American like Obama. Fellow Americans, we are at war. Schultz: “NO NO NO! That’s NOT TRUE! It’s only true if you throw out the caucus votes..”
Of course, what Hillary says is ABSOLUTELY TRUE, because the popular vote in the caucus states is only ESTIMATED. Of the votes we KNOW were cast this year, Hillary has received more than anyone else.
Does bloviating dipshit Obamabot Schultz get this? Of course he does. He just ignores the reality to match his ideology. And he won’t ever get called on it, because the people who phone in are as much in the tank for Obama as Schultz is.
Last night on Tom Hartmann, a woman called in to say that she stopped listening to Ed Schultz because “he’s so shrill and anti-Hillary I gave up on him..” Hartmann interrupted and said “I’m sorry I can’t get into other shows..” and hung up on her.
Minutes later, after a commercial break, Hartmann says “When that last caller mentioned Ed Schultz, for some reason my brain heard ‘Rush Limbaugh,’ that’s why I let her go on for as long as I did (four seconds)..”
The problem is, lots of people call Hartmann to complain about Limbaugh, Hannity etc. and Hartmann engages in conversation with them. Clearly, he’s lying here– he hung up on the last caller because she was criticizing a fellow “Progressive” (I use that term very losely when referring to Schultz, who is just a pig.)
