BREAKING: McCain CAN BEAT OBAMA IN CALIFORNIA … If This Doesn’t Break the Camel’s Back …

2:40 p.m. PST UPDATE: I jumped the gun. The poll shows neither Obama or Clinton faring well against McCain — both are within the margin of error of losing to McCain. HOWEVER, I firmly believe that Californians would — with enough campaigning there by Hillary — be more included, come November, to vote for her than they would to vote for Obama, especially given his national security inexperience.

Earlier … then the DNC is more stupid than I already think it is.

You all know what this means: A Republican presidency. WAKE THE FUCK UP, DNC! WAKE THE FUCK UP, SUPERS! Obama will lose in a landslide to McCain in November.

So far this is a rumor (but obviously solid) from the L.A. Times. Here’s what they say:

A new L.A. Times/KTLA poll tested the proposition in McCain matchups with Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. And in at least one of the scenarios, the results may surprise many folks.

We aren’t at liberty to reveal the exact results yet; for that, check out our homepage (latimes.com) about 5 p.m. EDT today (2 p.m. PDT).

Some perspective…

The last Republican to win the state in a White House race was George H.W. Bush in 1988; he defeated Michael Dukakis, 51%-48%. …

OK, folks…….

We’re back in the game.

CA IS huge.

Man, oh, man……I really wanted to write to my local guy, Waxman, about going for Obama. But technically, he’s not my rep. He definitely went against his area, which is predominately Jewish. Hillary won, hands-down.

I cannot WAIT for this poll. This will give me an excuse to contact him and suggest he change his endorsement.

I love it!

And just for the *nanner nanner* effect.

Those of us from CA tried to warn Obama supporters. CA is NOT a Democratic slam dunk. We have a Republican governor. We’re liberal. We have a liberal Republican governor who has had to bow to Democrats on key issues.

We’re used to not slapping a party label on and going with it.

I am in waxman’s district and I called and gave them an earfull. I will vote against him in the election. I also said I will not be voting for Obarfbag.

I am in Waxman’s district, too. I wrote to him, told him that I have been voting for him since 1982, and that unless he changes his vote to reflect the wishes of his constituents, I will not be voting for him again.

“Obarfbag”? wtf? are you a child on the playground? In all my browsing of posts, it is invariably the Clinton supporters that resort to these mindless slurs. Please, either unify the party around one nominee (whomever it is), or change parties and be a Repugnican sleazeball.

Agreed - I’m in San Francisco and Silicon Valley is very Independent/Libertarian. California is a big red state with blue trim on the coast.

Many Asians in California (India, China, Japan, Korea, Middle East.) If McCain picks Bobby Jindal and he’s good, they could easily get California.

Comment by SILLY | 2008-05-23 12:32:16

i agree

asians12% —latinos20-30% in CA (70% voted for hillary and mostly do not get along with black community,so if they had to choose between obama and mccain –they will back mccain)

Comment by NewOrleans | 2008-05-23 14:46:21

I wouldn’t get too excited about the possibility of Bobby Jindal being selected as McCain’s V.P.

He’s only been in office as LA. governor for a bit over 4 months.

Comment by Truthteller | 2008-05-23 14:49:02

I am not excited about the prospect; I am merely discussing what will be an electoral problem for Democrats if McCain and Jindal face Obama in the general election.

Comment by AnninCa | 2008-05-24 11:06:00

I’ve never seen a good story on the Asian reluctance for Obama. Early on, he had some great financial backers, but they pulled out and literally took their money back.

Since then?

He’s not gotten much play in that core group.

What’s really interested me in this election is how very NOT rainbow party he is.

I’d love to see other people’s comments on that.

It’s a real, real weakness, I think, due to his playing of the race card. When you do that, then you are playing only ONE race card. That pits you against other race groups.

and that’s deadly….

In his endorsement of The Dark Prince Barackula, Waxman was probably doing a favor for his good friend, Randi Rhodes. Waxman was a regular on her radio program at Air America (before she was fired or quit in lieu of being fired), and she was constantly fawning over him as one of her political heroes.

Are you going to tell me that those reasons are less valid than yours? Are you a Repugnican troll just out to divide the Dem party? There is so much hate and bitterness here on this comment section. It really makes me wonder what happened to our party. Oh well, I guess if it’s not Hillary, then it’s McSame. Wow. Way to be a Democrat.

I sent the letter below, via email, to an FLA synagogue that just hosted obama. REQUEST: that readers/activists here cut and paste this letter and email your own copy (do any edits/additions you’d like).

PLEASE SEND THE FOLLOWING to at least one major US synagogue and/or to the Urgent Attention of Senator Liebermann, US Senate Chairman of the Homeland Security Committee, where obama is A WRONGFUL MEMBER!
———- Here is is - also please email to any Jewish friends and/or any true liberals. Help make this message-in your own edited form VIRAL.
—————-

Respectfully submitted with concern for our Jewish community and security of US & Israel:

I am writing to you as one concerned American citizen who respects and supports Israel’s critical position in the Middle East. I am providing much crucial information below, of which you may or may not have been aware. The links I have provided contain more details and documentation.

As only one person, I am outreaching to you, in the hope that your leadership, on review of these facts, will forward this critical (and often concealed) information about Senator Obama’s true intentions regarding the Jewish community here in our country and Israel.

The lack of transparency of Senator Obama’s policy plans and campaign strategies are most alarming because they are, in most cases, ignored by mass media outlets on TV and in print. I have heard recently that a group of Congressmen have recently held a discreet meeting to discuss concerns with Senator Obama’s security clearance.

I am unable to verify this meeting occurred but if it has not, it certainly should. Considering he is a MEMBER of the HOMELAND SECURITY Committee, I wonder if Senator Liebermann, the Chair of this Committee, is even aware of the facts below? These are legitimate concerns, as you’ll see from this very abbreviated reference materials below.

PLEASE, upon review, forward this information to other Jewish community leaders to ensure they are equally informed. Frankly, the lack of investigation and reporting on th self contradictions of this candidate’s campaign statements VS actions is reaching a par with the denial level in Germany, pre-World War 2.

How can a man who has been surrounded by long-term supporters, now endorsing him openly, who are flagrantly anti-Semetic and often advocate violence, have come so far, so fast in American government?!

I implore your organization to further examine the sharp distinctions between what Sen. Obama says to the Jewish community when seeking their votes AND
what he really stands for; what his associates and close supporters stand for; where his allegiances lie; and
what he actually does.

Sen. Obama is certainly right about one thing: we do “need to be very careful about guilt by association.” For example:

—————-

Obama “termed the Israeli-Palestinian conflict a ‘constant sore’ in an interview just five days after Khalidi wrote an opinion piece in the Nation magazine titled ‘Palestine: Liberation Deferred’ in which the Palestinian activist opened by calling the ‘Palestinian question’ a ‘running sore’

More extensive information on the candidate’s relationship with Khalidi is available in May 23 post at: http://rezkowatch.blogspot.com/
———————

What may be of greater concern, however, is Sen. Obama’s pre-arranged 1-to-1 friendly meeting in Michigan last week with HEZBOLLAH supporter, Qazwini, radical Shi’ite cleric who was sent to US to radicalize the Islamic Center of America and to raise money, right here in USA for the terrorist group.  Qazwini, who is known to be very close to HEZBOLLAH leader, Fadlallal, commentted that the twosome (he and Obama) discussed Israel and Iran,, among other things. Qazwinin indicated he was pleased with his meeting with Senator Obama, which was arranged by a MI congressman, at the Senator’s request, and even gave the Presidential candidate the gift of a new book, “The American Crescent”.

Although this clandestine meeting was unreported by the mass media, as so many of Obama’s secret liaisons are, one knowledgeable local reporter confirmed the above meeting and has included a photo. For more information on this matter, go to:

http://www.debbieschlussel.com/archives/2008/05/the_company_he.html
——————————-

Among numerous enthusiastic supporters of Senator Obama’s Democratic run for the Presidency are Nation of Islam leader, Louis Farrakan. Farrakan has also held favorable meeting with Qazwini (more in article linked above). A few months back, another Obama supporter, Rev. Eric Leeks of L.A. brutally verbally attacked a woman Jewish humanitarian on stage, before the full audience of a Martin Luther King celebration, where she appeared to receive an award. Included in Leeks public statement was the comment that - now that Obama is our leader we can come out with our hatred of the Jews. He went on to blame the Jewish people, as a whole, for all the problems that blacks have in America. (from a youtube video. I do not know if this video interview on this occurence is still available or not.)

In a far earlier indication of where his sympathies lie, Senator Obama’s made singular efforts, via his position with the Chicago based Woods foundation, to provide at least a $35,000 grant to a Muslim organization whose purpose is to provide translators, legal aid and government assistance for Muslim immigrants. (You may google this online Sorry I lost the link.)

——————-

Then there is Senator Obama’s recent statement in interview with ABC’s Jake Tapper:

“What I said was I would meet with our adversaries including Iran, including Venezula, including Cuba, including North Korea, without preconditions but that does not mean without preparation.”

http://insightanalytical.wordpress.com/2008/05/23/obama-to-visit-site-of-bataan-memorial-death-march-on-memorial-daywonder-why-or-straighten-out-foreign-policy-mix-up-with-bill-richardson/

—————————

It should also be noted that Senator Obama, in videotapes of campaign speeches last week in Oregon and Montana told one crowd that he “understands that Iran is dangerous” and told the other crowd that “Iran is harmless” (Both video clips were aired, simultaneously, side by side, on Fox news within the last week.)

———————

Also, check out online the glowing endorsement and support Sen. Obama is receiving from Muslims for Obama.
Here is a sum of this group’s platform, which they expect President Obama to achieve on their behalf:

Recommendations for solutions that are unique to Muslim Americans

1. A Law against harrassment of a Muslim women wearing Hijab at the Airport, DMV and other public arenas.
2. Institute a Law to allow Muslim Employees to take a hours off from work for Friday Jummah Prayer.
3. Make the 2 Eid’s, recognized National Holidays on Calendars with days off from work.
4. Optional Halal meals in federal buildiings, public schools and colleges.
5. Provide prayer areas suitable for Salah and Jummah, in public and private facilities. (i.e. Malls, Airports, Universities and government buildings.)
6. Organize a Muslim American group to assist in recommendations for US foreign policy affecting majority Muslim countries.

——
Also, urgently recommend checking the fine print on the legislation recently rushed through the House, under cover of night, and pushed through the Senate, already, according to news reports on May 22. This bill, ostensibly providing overdue Iraq military expenses, was attached with a rider, by Rep. Diane Fienstein. Rush approval brought bill to the Senate, with its rider barely examined, due to urgency of funding portion.

On Lou Dobbs, last week, strange rider was questioned by Republican Chair of the Armed Forces Committee, not only because it streamlines legalization of millions of illegal aliens, including those in the US less than a year. It’s most puzzling feature, according to above Senator is that it “fast track guarantees citizenship”, singularily offering quick “green card status” to a peculiar, select group of workers: “goat herders; sheep herders; and horse workers.”

May it be noted that there is only one part of the world that routinely employs these categories of workers: the Arab Middle East. Since when does the US have a need for these new ‘citizens”. I have checked several websites, where the specifics of this rider are not clearly understood. They are more generally being referred to as “agricultural workers”.

Evidently, it is too late to stop this legislation in the Senate but protests to Senator Liebermann, regarding the Homeland Security concerns caused by this rider may be helpful.

______
Please email above information to all individuals and organizations concerned with US and Israel security! (edit/revise/add to suit)

Comment by Cliff Armitage | 2008-05-23 16:27:07

I guess I’m a little confused…are you an American citizen, or an Israeli citizen…or trying to be both? I have many Jewish friends, in fact, the best man at my wedding was/is a faithful and practicing Jew. But this fanatical allegience to Isreal betrays your confusion on which citizenship you hold. You are either an American first, or not. If Israel’s security is more important, I suggest you move there, and help kill the people you hate so blindly. I have friends of many faiths. They are peaceful, but often question why the US supports Israel without precondition. Perhaps you need to study the difference between anti-semites (that hate all Jews), and anti-Zionists (that do not support the state of Israel at the expense of the US interests). There really is a difference. You need to choose which country do you swear alliegence to? The US, or Israel? Oh, and you might want to study the history of Zionism, starting in the late nineteenth century, and possibly open your mind to the writings of some of the Jewish anti-zionist scholars that have written compellingly that Zionism is actually bad for Jews world-wide. Or don’t, and just blindly support Israel no matter what they do, and slander Barack Obama because he dares to try to see the world in a balanced way. Your choice.

Thank god. Obama would be political suicide for Hillary.

I agree and will be relieved in a strange way if he does not pick Hillary…because I don’t want to be torn and vote for him because she’s on the ticket. I’d rather just see him go down on his own.

But sensibly speaking, I think he’s insane for not picking her as VP. It makes no sense to me, honestly.

Comment by **== President & Commader-in-Chief Hillary Clinton **== | 2008-05-23 12:42:56

No worries, last I looked Hillary is still fighting hard for the top spot.

Comment by Beverly Leslie | 2008-05-23 12:45:55

He won’t pick her because they are trying to push her out of the way, if you hadn’t noticed. They are just hoping to string her supporters along hoping they will listen to the barfbags message of hope. Don’t fall for such crap. It would be a slap in the face to have Hillary as VP as she should be top of the ticket. It would be yet another example of an unqualified man moving ahead of a qualified woman. Sorry, I cannot condone or vote for this ticket.

Comment by GregA | 2008-05-23 13:04:32

Well the thing is, they are (finally…) starting to do general election calculus. They know that right now the only thing McCain has to do park his bus in southern Ohio and make occasional trips elsewhere, and then Obama can’t win the election in any circumstance.

From a campaign spending POV, as of now, McCain can run several small adds in must win Obama states, and Obama has to spend all his money in national adds to try and find a state which he can gain some traction, that he doesn’t already win. (Sorry Iowa and Missouri are not enough…)

It certainly appears, this year with the electorate tired of Republicans, Obamas General election strategy will need to be all defense all the time, because of critical Obama weaknesses.

On the other hand, Hillary would be able to spend money in McCain must win states like Arkansas, Texas, North Carolina and Nevada. In a general election Hillary goes on Offensive, and only needs to spend money on blue states occasionally, because McCain will be spending his money on Defense.

It there were some other potential GE game plan, Im not seeing it. But I have tried, and just can’t see a game plan where Obama is on offensive. If the democrats can’t go on offense this year… when can they? Maybe they need to keep their powder dry a little longer?

Well, I would be offended with Hillary as the VP. She should be top of the ticket and not take second to an extremely unqualified man. I don’t think Obarfbag wants her and she should care less becuase he is such a joke.

Comment by Hillary or Bust | 2008-05-23 12:46:13

What else is new.. :)

Comment by GregA | 2008-05-23 13:25:31

I am gonna try and be neutral about this. But I don’t think Hillary would help Obama in GE. As VP candidate I don’t think North Carolina, Arkansas, Texas and Nevada remain in play, thus negating that whole advantage of playing Offense.

Hillary as VP (vp slot not as effective as P slot) would be used to shore up support in Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virgina, and maybe, just maybe, put Virginia in play.

But still, you are playing defensive game, and now McCain is free to shore up states like Iowa and Missouri, and make a play for Michigan and Ohio. Obama would do better with Hillary as VP, but it is still not the certain electoral victory we should be looking at this year.

Obama needs to pick someone who can put Texas into play, and still play well in New Mexico, and Colorado.

I expect we will see a cultural elite (Kerry) or a Republican (Lieberman) as his running mate given the playbook they have been using so far…

I don’t think we will see those two personalities as potential veeps, just that whoever he chooses will be reminiscent of them… Richardson could be the man for the job… But Im just not seeing it…

Comment by AnninCa | 2008-05-23 13:34:02

Hillary as VP has one and only one advanantage. She would save the Democratic party.

Really, if she would go for the VP, it would be a sheer sacrifice for her lifelong devotion to our party.

She would save the Democratic party from disintegrating.

He’s insane to think otherwise.

NONE of us wants to see her as VP. She’s so heads above him, it will make us grate our teeth at night.

However, I do understand the principle.

She will save the Democratic party from splintering beyond repair.

Now, I have watched him on the FL/MI deal.

I don’t think he gives a damn.

I think he’ll splinter the party.

and here’s why.

To lose as the first AA guy, he’s picturing all those “victim” interpretations.

He’d rather lose than win.

He has no real interest in people. He isn’t driven by passion for people.

He’s drive by his OWN passion……to be the first AA guy.

He’d rather lose than win if it requres any real compromise or work.

We’ve all gotten that message by now.

He’s a crappy, crappy politician who wouldn’t compromise for the good of the country, nevemind the party.

He’ll destroy the Democrats rather than compromise. I’m sure about that.

But I never thought he was really a Dem. He’s run a 3rd party campaign all along.

He just robbed the logo.

Wow. Having been told by so many Clinton supporters that we Obama supporters are blindly obedient robots that hate all women, and spew visciousness about Hillary (something that I’ve never heard any Obama supporters that I know do), I read this comment section, and marvel at the viscious, blind obedience that I see. You people are scary! Ya know what? As a Democrat, I will gladly vote for Hillary Clinton if she becomes the nominee. To do otherwise would be stupid, selfish, and childish. But it seems that most of you “Democrats” would rather toss the election to McSame, simply because Hillary didn’t win. We’re all on the same side here, aren’t we? Vote Democrat in November. Pretty simple. Otherwise I’d have to say, you are being rather sexist (ie. your choice of the next President is based primarily on gender…or race?). The rabid attacking of Barack Obama for having “no experience” is slightly silly. Just look at George W. Bush, and ask yourself what experience he had? I’ll guarantee Obama won’t F*#K things up like that! Really folks, try to see past your own issues and step up to the plate for the good of the country. Vote Democrat in November, no matter who is the nominee. I will, even if Hillary isn’t my first choice…and no, not because I hate women! It gets old fast having to always say that. I actually like Obama’s policies…yes, he has specific policies! Check out his website, or talk to someone who supports him. We are actually nice people (both men and women) that want change. It has nothing to do with gender! I have two daughters for pete’s sake! Of course I would love to have a women President, but gender will not be the deciding factor. Sorry. Please, please, when the nominee is decided….VOTE DEMOCRAT!!!!!!

Comment by beebop | 2008-05-23 17:15:39

A Democratic candidate condoning disenfranchisement of votes?

PLEASE!!!!!

He’s not a Democrat. He’s an industry candidate put forward by energy, health care and wall street to ensure that they are not held accountable for their frauds perpetrated on the American public. YOU vote for him.

I’m either voting for Hillary or McCain. John was good enough for Kerry four years ago. So he is certainly good enough for me!

BUH-BYE …. obamabot … or Axelrod …. hahahahahahaha ….

Comment by Cliff Armitage | 2008-05-23 18:02:29

um, your psychosis is showing…I’m not even sure you are for real, or just a Republican troll hoping for a reaction….anyway, as for the “disenfranchisement” of voters…the Democratic Party is a private party…citizens do not have a “right” to vote for the Democratic nominee. They do have a right to vote in the General Election. Big difference. Now, in FL an MI, those states have been penalized for scheduling their primaries earier than the DNC allowed. I am open to arguments about why that is not fair, but rules are rules, and all the state parties agreed to those rules ahead of time. I might venture a guess that if Hillary were winning the nomination, there wouldn’t be alot of talk about “disenfranchisement”, because it wouldn’t be an issue for her nomination. Do some research. Why didn’t the Florida Democrats scream bloody murder when the Republican State Legistlature and Republican Governor signed the primary date change into law? Because they wanted to be first in line…against the rules. Please don’t lecture about “disenfranchisement” of the voters of Florida, when all it will do is alienate the Democratic voters in the state, and help the Republicans steal the state again! If you are truly going to vote for John McSame over Obama, then you should just switch parties. You have no loyalty for the Democratic Party, and you are the ones tearing it apart. By the way, did you notice that I am not calling you names like a child on the playground (”obamabot”, “axelrod”…wtf does that even mean?). GROW UP (and here I will allow myself to vent) A**HOLE!!! Our country is at stake!

“Why didn’t the Florida Democrats scream bloody murder when the Republican State Legistlature and Republican Governor signed the primary date change into law?”

They didn’t “scream bloody murder” because the Republicans added a paper-trail for voting machines amendment to the bill. This is something Democrats, both Florida and nationally, had been fighting for.

How do you defend your pond-scum candidate arguing against allowing revokes?

Comment by Cliff Armitage | 2008-05-23 20:11:03

I am an out of touch Obamabot.

Comment by Cliff Armitage | 2008-05-23 22:09:07

I did not post this comment. It is sad and pathetic that people have to stoop to this level. My eight year old daughter read a post that was put in my name (which I, obviously did not write) that referred to “shaved pussy”. You people should be ashamed of yourselves. I’ll send you the bill for years of therapy….SICKOS!!! OMG, and you bitch and complain about Barack Obama!!! You are so F*#King SICK!!!

COMMENT FROM LARRY JOHNSON: Folks, Cliff is using drugs. All of the comments he claims were posted from another IP were actually posted by him. Jesus! Are all Obama supporters this stupid?
Here’s the salient details from his posts. Feel free to drop the nimrod a line.

I’m with you. It’s HRC or McCain or no vote for POTUS at all. I will not vote for Obama ever, not even holding my nose, under some “guise” of “unity”. hogwash.

If I thought you were worth a bucket of spit, I would post a boatload of messages and posts I have collected of you pigs calling women everything, up to and including c*nt, you lying sack of shit.

to GergA That’s because the is no longer any visible viable outlook for obama to be the nominee anyhow, certainly not a winning one, so who cares about talk re his VP. He could have several and still lose. He is NOT our Dem nominee. Hillary is our 44th President.

Comment by Emily Pickett | 2008-05-23 14:38:28

I would be offended with Hillary as VP as well.
She’s too talented and too qualified to walk behind Obama.

If he picks her as VP I STILL will not vote for him.

She is top dog (without him as VP) or nothing!

Comment by Helen McCombs | 2008-05-23 15:49:24

I will also not vote for him with her on the ticket. We want him to lose this General Election. He’s an idiot.

Dear All:

I need to ask you a favor. The argument about electability is not sinking in with SD. There seems to be in SD a feeling that the Obama nomination is unstoppable and that it is a fait accomplit. In other words they are buy the media and Obama campaign perception that there is no way Obama can be denied the nomination at this point; that it would be “unfair”. We all know that is bullshit. But SD seem to be lacking imagination or willl power and/or possibly is the money. Some of SD from HRC are jumping ship b/c they are buying into the BS.

So, let’s try to come up with some carefully, polite and well thought arguments and send them to Peter Daou peter@hillaryclinton.com or at
tips@hillaryclinton.com

They read the emails (they don’t reply) but seem to pay attention.

Come on let’s be pro-active here with our heads.
Think good, creative,, original and convincing arguments.

Many SD from HRC are jumping ship b/c they are buying into the BS.

Comment by Andy | 2008-05-23 12:31:53

The idea would be to convince SD that Obama not getting the nomination would not be a “disaster as they fear a backlash”. In other words that it is actually quite legitimate for HRC to win. This is a razor close race and HRC is the better candidate from teh wining point of view; not from the pubescent popularity. It is fair that either can win or lose at this point. the number is 2210 and
if noone reaches it then all bets are off and other considerations should be taken into account such as
primarily the November Electoral Map.

Anything short of that makes an Obama nomination illegitimate.

Comment by Mad Vlad | 2008-05-23 12:33:10

No, SDs are jumping to Nobama because they are being bribed
to do so.

see the website:

politicallydrunk.blogspot.com/2008/05/obamas-super-delegates-money-machine.html

It contains lists of SDs, some in districts Hillary won in the primary,
who have pledged for Nobama ANYWAY. They aren’t buying into the
BS; they are tapping into the free money.

Comment by bwana | 2008-05-23 16:26:25

maybe the argument about electability isn’t sinking in because it’s a canard. latest polls have obama leading mcbush in california, ohio, pennsylvania, new hampshire, virginia, et al.

Comment by GregA | 2008-05-23 13:07:46

Don’t worry your pretty little head about it, no one is gonna vote for Obama in November, because he won’t be on the ticket;)

Also Latinos could easily go to McCain.

Comment by Uppity Woman | 2008-05-25 00:32:17

Latinos have no problem voting Republican if they find the Democratic candidate odious.

Comment by Untilthelastdogdies | 2008-05-23 12:32:49

Oh My! This little teaser in the LA Times sure solicited the typical reactionary Obamamot response!

I’ve suspected for quite some time that California could become a battleground state…we shall see.

The mere mention sends them scurrying to their laptops in an avalanche of denials!

The cacophony will reach a crescendo when more polls are released!

Comment by AnninCa | 2008-05-23 12:52:22

Ditto here, but that’s a key story. Koch said he’d change sides. He’s very influential in NYC, obviously.

But….if CA is speaking out?

Watch out for a huge shift here, folks.

Comment by SILLY | 2008-05-23 12:34:55

HILLARY IS WINNING ALL BUT YOUNGS AND BLACKS

hillary can get youngs and blacks in GENERAL ELECTION (because they do feel bad having to choose between clinton and a black guy)

so they will back hillary

but latinos—asians–jews–catholics–women–seniors will not back OBAMA

Comment by NewHampster | 2008-05-23 12:36:40

But what if the “surprise” in the poll is McCain beating our Hillary, not bam bam.

I’d wait to see the poll to decide if it is fake or not.

Comment by AF catfish | 2008-05-23 12:40:11

New Hamp I’ve thought for some time Obama could lose to McCain in this state, and this has nothing to do with the fact that she won the state on Super Tuesday.

But anything’s possible.

This is a state where a Harvard Law Degree only carries you so far - it’s a starting point. What else has he done?

Good point. Could be a trap. If it is, we will make sure they hear about it.

You all know what that means: A Republican presidency. WAKE THE FUCK UP, DNC! WAKE THE FUCK UP, SUPERS! Obama will lose in a landslide to McCain in November.

The rules committee needs to hear this. Their decision will be swayed by it. They will keep Hillary in the game so she can fight it out and snag the nomination in Denver.

The MSM and trolls won’t be able to stop Hillary. She will have until August to travel the country and make her case as Obama circulates down the drain. America is wise to him now!

Thank you Susan for your tireless efforts with all the crap people have thrown at you. You have made a HUGE difference in this campaign and are an inspiration to us all! Thanks to Larry and everyone else of course!
