Barack has a simple choice. He wants to be a uniter? Well how will that happen with this kind of garbage? In Barack’s church every white person is responsible for slavery. Every one. Instead of the voice of Martin Luther King calling America to repent and not see color, the radical liberation theologists that populate the pulpit of the Jeremiah Wright hate-fest tell us differently. In Larry’s story in which this video appeared, he told about discussing all of this with his own longtime former pastor. Larry was wondering why Barack Obama has hung out with Father Pfleger, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Otis Moss, et al. — this group of political extremists who preach hate and racism — for over TWENTY years. That pastor told him about a conversation he once had with the legendary Speaker of the House, Tip O’Neill.

Barack Obama, in my opinion only (Susan), hates and is a racist as much as his spiritual mentors do. The only difference between him and his wife, Michelle, who reveals her hatred because she cannot contain it, is that he has been more skilled at concealment.
I think one of the reasons his gaffes are increasing exponentially — including honoring the “fallen heroes” IN the audience on Memorial Day — is that he is CRACKING under the pressure of trying to play the role of the uniter when, in fact, he is really a divider.

There is simply no way that America will put him into office. He named Wright as his mentor. I don’t care that he denies that today. Or that he distances himself.
He has to live by his own written word.

I have always thought that one of the “limits” of the criminal mind is that most criminals are soo very self-centered and their worlds are limited by only what they can see FOR themselves. Considering this, it would not surprise me to realize that the Illiniois Combine (the nonpartisian political element in Chicago) ran with who and what they had in their hip pocket (Obama) only to realize that they had put up an uneducated fool. I think, Susan, it may be that the gaffes are multiplying so rapidly because so many of us are truly seeing him as someone who can’t answer questions which we all thought were simply basic to any educated person. Certainly to an anyone who simply aspired to the Senate, let alone the WH.

Pfleger not a legitimate Catholic priest. No Catholic would attribute such thoughts to someone at the pulpit. Pfleger is illegit, and he and Wright made these statements about Hillary only to gin up the base. The guy’s a pig. Archdiocese should expel the freak. Who is he? Vanilla Ice?
Although Pfleger has had problems with the Archdiocese, he is close to Obama and to Wright and other prominent political and social figures in Chicago. He is also the recipient of their money, and this, I believe, explains why he visited Trinity and engaged in demagoguery this weekend.

Axelrod, Obama, Giannoulias and Daley have funneled money to Pfleger’s church. I guess Pfleger is now obligated to reciprocate the favor. Perhaps it is time to contact the Chicago Archdiocese, for this does not reflect well on their organization. Perhaps someone should also telephone the Vatican, for such indecorous behavior is unbefitting for a Catholic priest. Is this someone with whom you would sit in a confession booth? Is this person qualified to administer the sacraments?

Mmmmmmn, The Chicago Archdiocese?
Let me put it this way…. I used to work for a fairly known national organization with ties to the Catholic Church that helped children. Illinois donors would always inquire why we were not in Chicago. Whenever I asked anyone what I should reply they would roll their eyes. Eventually I got the the hint the Archdiocese there, - how can I put this delicately? Well let’s just say, it’s Chicago.
Perhaps, someone who knows the lay of the land there can shed some light. But it looks like you might be better served contacting the Vatcican directly. It strains credulity that the Archdiocese is not aware of Pfleger.

Chicago is the center of leftist Catholic Liberation Theology. From what I have read, the last Pope was not happy with these people and shut some of them up. (Interestingly, it was the current Pope who headed the office that was in charge of monitoring them.) I am surprised it is still going on. On the other hand, it was the radical right-wing, anti-semitic Father Coughlin who stirred things up in the ’30’s so maybe this is balance? The Church had a hard time silencing Coughlin because his bishop in Detroit supported him. (Bishops have some autonomy.) Eventually they did silence him, though. If this guy Pfleger gets a lot of publicity, maybe they will silence him, too. What a crackpot!

Pfleger is very politically active in Chicago and probably adheres to Liberation Theology which has been repeatedly smacked down by the Vatican for 40 years…The vatican currently has a touchy relationship with the RCC in America and is a bit wary given recent developments in The Anglican Church of England which is fighting a schism over ideaology and threatens the central authority…The Archbishop of Cantabury. The American College of Bishops is powerful and politically activist and the Vatican disciplines carefully ( American Bishops are a tad too democratic and in a centralized universal church this can be a problem as American Bishops sometimes chafe under authority of Rome, but then again this is part of being Catholic…go figure )
I do know that from what I have read this Pfleger is one different kind of priest having been allowed to adopt boys…WTF ? and be very politically active, involved in the local poitical machine. As a Catholic I have’nt seen the equivalent from an anglo Priest. I will offer this. He is probably not allowed the opportunity to preach this way in a traditional Catholic Mass which is why he satisfies his ego at this church…Most traditional Catholics don’t go for this type of Preachin…a 8-10 minute homily that interprets the calendrical assigned scripture is standard and then it’s move on to the rest of the mass…Catholics don’t go to Mass to hear the Priest…They go to practice the sacrament of the Eucharist and scriptual instruction in accordance with the Universal Theological calender which culminates in Easter. This is why all Catholic Masses are universal and last about 60 min. The main diff is the Homily which is specific to the Priest celebrating the Mass…But even there Most Priests subscribe to instruction that ultimately comes from th Vatican. Catholic means Universal. The Church of Rome is the Oldest Continuous Institution in The Western World tracing it’s foundation to Jerusalem and Relocation of the Bishop’s See with the Destruction of Jerusalem in 70 AD after the murder of the First Bishop of Jerusalem ( James ) in 67 AD. Catholic History states Apostolic succession began with the First Bishop of Rome

In Centralized Denominations the Authority stems from a Central Source who has absolute theological authority over governance of the church and Doctine. In the Anglican Church the Central Authority is the Arch Bishop of Cantabury. In the Roman Catholic Church it is the Bishop of Rome, the Pope. The Church of England is modelled on the Church of Rome in terms of this centrality of Authority and delegations of bishophrics throughout the world but it has key differences and is currently suffering from a schism that threatens it’s stability. One key doctinal problem is the Arch Bishop does not have the same gravitas of Theological Authority that the Pope does. The Pope doctrinally speaking is in a league all his own…historically speaking of course and this is part of the strength of until recently the Largest Religion in the World. This year is the first year where Islam has overtaken it in numbers but Islam has no central unifying Doctinal Governing Authority.

I am only speaking for myself, but Barack Obama is the opponent of Hillary Clinton, and this is a pro-Hillary site. It is also Larry’s site and he can do whatever he wants on it. Furthemore, as you may or may not know, the media is in the tank for Obama and it has been the burden of the online community to educate Americans on who Barack Obama is, since he has not been fully vetted.
Furthermore, Obama is being pushed to be the potential US president and his business is now our business.

That clinched it for me. I am going down ticket here in NC if Hillary is not the nominee. Kay Hagen is statistically tied with Dole. Hillary’s coattails would have helped Hagan now McCain’s coattails will help Dole as will I.
I am hoping that Hillary campaigns for Hagan and uses her list of NC supporters to help her out. Since it looks like Obama will be the nominee at least we will have something to work for. It REQUIRES that 7% of our national GDP be given to the United Nations programs for “reducing poverty” around the world (translation: mostly in Africa).
That amounts to about $845 BILLION , spent overseas for the poor, and not spent AT HOME for our own poor, and under the control of the United Nations.
