Screw You Roger Simon!

Last night’s Politico article by Roger Simon is particularly offensive. He not only offends Hillary but does his best to minimize the importance of the nearly 18 million people that voted for her. And as one of those record breaking millions I am mad as hell. I am sure you know the rest.

Obama’s first test: Handling Hillary

Barack Obama would like to remind you of something: He won and she didn’t. It’s about him now and not her. He has made history, and she is history.

~snip~

For someone giving indications she would like to be Obama’s running mate, Clinton was surprisingly ungracious. In fact, if you had just awakened from a (blissful) 17-month sleep, you would have thought she had won.

Earth to Roger Simon: SHE DID WIN!

According to ABC News, Hillary easily beat Obama with the Popular Vote.

Election Results

Clinton 1916 17,802,300
Obama 2154 17,501,751

Get that Roger in the tank for Obama from the start Simon? Over 300,000 more Americans supported Hillary than that Cult leader Obama. That means SHE won. In fact, if the DNC had not stolen delegates from Hillary and arbitrarily awarded imaginary delegates to Obama he wouldn’t have been able to claim anything last night. But the fix was in a long time ago Simon. You knew that all along.

Didn’t you? Because gasbags like you were part of the fix.

Damned Obamedia fix enabler.

So Simon thinks that because Hillary spoke the truth last night and honored her supporters, Obama should punish her. In other words, according to Simon, it is time for Obama to assume the role of the alpha male. Just what we have all been waiting for. Get em Barky!

Ruff! Ruff!

How about I pull my pants down and you can howl at the moon?

Or kiss my ass?

But her fighting words only increased the need for Obama to show that he can be strong, tough and in charge. Clinton’s unwillingness to recognize Obama as the victor only increased the need for Obama to act like a president and not like a doormat. And denying her a vice presidential slot may be a way of doing that.

And according to Simon, Obama is not going to be wasting his time trying to bring Hillary supporters into the fold.

It has been a hard-fought and sometimes bitter campaign, but Obama is not, one of his senior advisers assured me Tuesday night, going to spend a lot of time in the next few months wooing Clinton supporters whose feelings may be hurting.

“I think there are always immediate feelings of disappointment and anger,” Anita Dunn said. “But in the months ahead, he must appeal not just to the constituency groups who favored her in the primaries, but those he wants in the general election, and that includes independents and Republicans.”

Another Obama adviser, who asked not to be identified, said that he was not worried that Clinton supporters would stay angry.

Obama seems to have adopted the Alfred E. Newman “What, Me Worry?” campaign slogan. He does look a little like ole Alfred. In fact he looks a lot like him if you think about it. Especially those ears. And a MAD candidacy is all too evident.

Then the scary stuff begins.

“At the end of the day,” he went on, “Hillary supporters will look at John McCain and decide they are not going to vote for a man who will put judges on the Supreme Court who would overturn Roe v. Wade.”

I know it may come as a shock to Obama supporters but the President does not put justices on the Supreme Court. That is done by the US Senate. The same Senate now controlled by the Democrats that gave us the likes of Chief Justice John Roberts. So enough with these false boogeyman stories. They are all lies. But then again lies have been the core theme of the Obama Cult and their DNC and MSM enablers.

It is stories like these that we will all see in the coming weeks. Because the MSM (Obamedia), the DNC and the Obama Cult are going to do everything they can to minimize our importance. To them, nearly 18 million Americans that supported Hillary are inconsequential. As Hillary said of Bush, the same applies to Obama. And his political team made it very apparent last night.

To Obama we are The Invisible. He doesn’t care about us. He isn’t going to spend his time wooing us. He would rather try to make up the difference with Republicans. Now thats a Democratic party to be really proud of. Something I am sure Howard and Donna fully approve of.

According to the DNC’s own RULES, a candidate must have 2018 in PLEDGED delegates to be the nominee. Sorry, Obama, you don’t have the numbers! You are NOT the nominee!

Plus the Texas caucus us still in dispute. They know Obama volunteers committed election fraud there. 200 cases, 2000 complainants! Michigan decision violated numerous DNC rules. The RBC did not have the choice of giving those Michigan delegates to Obama.

Yeah, you Hillary deadenders better fall in line.

Or else I will give you one of my disapproving Barky scowls!

And if that doesn’t work, you’ll have to deal with Michelle!

Hillary’s insurgents, that’s what we are - and proud of it.

Democracy is worth fighting for. People who voted for the Criminal in Chief pre-Rev Wright have buyers remorse. After the press flagranty pretends that Rezko doesn’t count, the people will be fully awake, connect the dots, the the full on revolution will commence.

Its essentially over for BO.

That very well might work. Her scowl makes me run for cover. She has what we used to call The Hairy Eyeball. And I want to be nowhere near that.

Today, I received a letter from Hillary about Saturday’s event in D.C., when she will rally her supporters to lend a hand to Barack Obama’s candidacy. As much as I love Hillary, I’m afraid that my love and affection are non-transferable. A long time ago, Senator Obama, his wife and his supporters made it very clear that they don’t want me and the likes of me. Well, I’ve got news for the Obama campaign team and the rest of the Democratic Party leadership: We don’t want you either. This also goes for the most vile, vicious and ungracious Obamabots out there: START LOOKING FOR A GOOD SHRINK ‘CAUSE YOU GUYS WILL GET WHACKED IN NOVEMBER! Talk is cheap because hell hath no fury… And we will give you a taste of it!

Comment by Northwest rain | 2008-06-05 05:10:13

You expressed my opinion of the abuser Obama very nicely!!

snObama is a very sick individual. He is the ENEMY.

He stands for nothing that I can recognize as American values.

I’m no longer a democrat — so whatever the idiots who are now in control do — I really could care less. Everything is now THEIR problem — and their responsibility. I’m an Independent and probably will never call myself a democrat again.

There is no way that I would EVER vote for snObama. As I see it — the democratic political machine figured out how to loot money (taxpayer’s money) faster and better than the Republicans. The people who are bankrolling Obama EXPECT a return on their investment — they expect to be part of the looting of the US treasury. They’ve seen the massive theft by the Cheney - bush gang — and they feel they can become richer.

There will be NO Universal Health care — just more looting of the middle class. The new religion will be “Free Market”.

oh my god…

Obama made history by stealing votes for the presidential primary…

Stealing votes doesn’t look very presidential…

not in Zimbabwe… not in the United States…

Americans will fight Obama every step of the way…

Nobody is going to sabotage, destroy or taint our democratic process…

We are united under the true democratic principles of the great country…

Change is coming, this time our votes are going to count!

Comment by mimi | 2008-06-05 08:10:05

Thye’re also going to try to steal the GE. That’s why Brazile’s “Message to base: Stay home” is so key. They already know McCain is despised among his own crowd. The Conservatives may just sit this one out to reign supreme in 2012. If Obama can suppress the bitter, feminist, senior, latino vote, they can keep the vote close enough to steal it Chicago style. Look for the hackers to play a key roll where Diebold machines are. And let’s not forget the dead people.

And Obama’s supporters have already declared war on latinos. They have no intention of wooing these people. What they will do on Election Day is confuse bilingual voters where they can, even intimidate.

I’m calling it “turn about fair play.” The Democrats and the Party leaders are in on it will pay the Repubs back for 2000 and there’s nothing the Repubs can say about it.

My thanks to Senator Obama for making his black half the face for this. He is a race-baiting disgrace. I’ve lived side-by-side with latinos all my life. I look for relations to get very strained. And in some areas of the country, it’s already at openly hostile levels even violent where gang warfare is in play. Thank God I’m bilingual.

I can’t believe how ugly the US has become.

Comment by RedStateTurnedBlueForHillary | 2008-06-05 12:53:09

I am really very tired of our elections being rigged and stolen…I wouldn’t blame Florida if the Democrats never got another single vote from that State. I heard months ago that some international group (or perhaps the UN?) had been asked to monitor our elections in November. Can you believe it has come to that in our country? I never even considered the reason behind DB’s recommendation for the Base to stay home on election day. I’m certain you are right, Mimi, about the reason! I think DB will realize she was wrong to say that…Republicans will be loyal to McCain. They won’t give away the top prize.

HRC won the popular vote and BO is an illegitimate. Obama is candidate who is comlicit to the vote stealing in MI. Tell me how do you justify
Obama getting and accepting 4 delegates representing people who went to the voting ooth and VOTED FOR HILLARY CLINTON?

Obama LOST the popular vote.
Ralphie, please don’t be such a sore loser.

Comment by Dipsomaniax | 2008-06-05 11:19:41

Let me ask this again:

Since HRC agreed to the vote compromise in Michigan and Florida, and Obama could have had half the delegates but chose not to take that many, how did he ’steal’ anything? (Fourth time, no answers yet)

And why the obsession with the popular vote? It was never in play, and If you count EVERYTHING it’s not even assured that Clinton won it.

I think we need to take to the streets this time around, and I mean NOW. Not in August, NOW. Strike while the iron is hot. Democracy is at stake here, and if we are quiet about it, we risk losing it all. Mind you, I’m not just talking about losing an election here….I mean democracy! He hasn’t gotten the necessary pledged delegates, and here we go again, being told to shut up and concede for the good of the party. Donna Brazile said way back that it was all worked out. She meant “rigged.” This is fraud. Are we going to stand for this? I want Howard Dean’s head on a platter, and I want to kick all the bums out of the DNC…Pelosi, Kennedy, Kerry, Richardson, Carter, Daeschle, et al! Those votes were CERTIFIED. Are Michiganders just going to sit back and take that shit?

As long as they are allowed to get away with stealing this election, they will continue to do this crap. The people really have lost control of THEIR Government! It isn’t ours anymore. Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely and we have just witnessed it.

It seems as is she is really being pushed completely out. Can they do that?? Why are they doing that?? They’ve never done it before.

What is going on?

I admit, I am just a lurker here, but I come here to feel better, and today I can not find anywhere to feel better.

Comment by Kinky Ogremann | 2008-06-05 04:39:55

Supposedly -

She is suspending and endorsing Obama.

But - “Clinton is also exploring options to retain her delegates and promote her issues, including a signature call for universal health care.”

Clinton’s not stupid - she must know about the “whitey” tape, the Rezko verdict and Obama’s role in it, as well as numerous other things. The Odinga story hasn’t even really broke yet.

Politics can change very quickly - and one never knows what may happen. Then again - the Democratic Party has been prone to political suicide often for the past 40 years. Oh well, 2012 then.

Comment by It's Not Me | 2008-06-05 07:26:57

The DC elites want her to concede because they know that if the shit hits the fan on BO, SHE can step in and be the nominee. THEY don’t want that. They want her OUT..period. They probably have someone else THEY want to step in and be the nominee….another DC elitist.

She will NEVER concede. She has too many delegates and a lot of control and will retain that power. She knows about BO’s past relationships. She knows about the Michelle whitey video. She knows that if that he goes down, she will be the nominee.

They can push her out of this contest, but they cannot force her to relinquish her delegates and concede. They’re hers and she’s keeping them.

excellent point. is he truly so deluded by his own hype that he thinks repubs and indies will go for him after the truth about him starts to come out?

admittedly, the truth will only trickle out, given the msm’s probably criminal complicity, but even a trickle should be enough to sink this phony, unqualified, racist, sexist, crooked campaign. or have we entered a parallel universe where none of that matters?

Comment by Hope Floats | 2008-06-05 06:27:16

He is a cult leader, not a natural born leader of a country. He believes his own hype, in fact he needs it otherwise he’s lost. Look at his childhood story. Obama’s is a fractured personality. I wonder if his white educated supporters have histories of substance abuse. The mentality is cult-like, and it is a lot like AA, for example.

The theory that Obama is a tool of the DNC bigwigs to force out Hillary is making more sense by the day.

It’s an intraparty coup. They don’t care if the coalition is destroyed, they’ve decided Hillary must go! Not for Obama’s sake, to gain control of the party and kick Hillary to the curb.

Almost like in the Soviet Union post-Stalin.

Anyone who votes Obama supports the coup. The humiliating part is she has to campaign for him. But make no mistake, she got the long knives in her.

Comment by Kinky Ogremann | 2008-06-05 05:29:45

She didn’t want to get out - but Pelosi and Reid and Dean are mighty powerful and forced all undeclared superdelegates to immediately back Obama or face heavy consequences in the party. Some tried to resist - hence Obama only got exactly what the media reported number of delegates was instead of the bus-load he was promising all week. Many didn’t want to be seen with him when the corruption and anti-American charges come out. Notice how no party big-whigs were paraded up on the stage as they usually are.

The devastating ending point came though when even some of Hillary’s most ardent supporters like Charlie Rangle told her it was over and that she MUST endorse Obama — Hillary knew nothing would change their minds if they got to these people too.

They don’t care that Obama is unelectable - in their minds, the DNC party leaders truly believe people hate Bush so much that they will line up like sheep like in 2000 and 2004. They just don’t get that we think he is too inexperienced, and has too many corrupt and terrorist close working connections, not to mention the hate whitey and America part. Do they truly think we would ever put party before country? We are always Americans first - and now, not even Democrats second.

Reagan summed it up beautifully:
I did not leave the Democratic Party, the Democratic Party left me.

At least we’ll all be here to witness the biggest loss in presidential politics since George McGovern in 1972.

Hillary 2012 or 2008 still if “whitey” tape emerges before Aug 31 (fingers crossed).

The world is upside down…I am in deep mourning, just listening to the musical channels on TV (gospel, Jazz….) but have not completely given up hope.
Stopped going to TM, just Hillaryis44, and here….I think NQ is becoming too hate-filled…the Obamazoids are drawing us out, and bringing out the worst in most folks. . I personally believe in justice and competence; I strongly advocate a major blow-back to the DNC. The only way to do so is to vote Repug all the way…as true Democrats, we cannot condone hate, misogyny, manipulations and THEFT.

I wish I could give you more JB, I noticed it in passing while surfing, but can’t remember where. I will try to find it and let you know when I do. The wallstreet journal article kinda grabbed my attention at the wrong moment :P

You are SOOOOO right about the no universal health care - after all, what board was Michelle on? Yep, University of Chicago Hospitals board. Obama learned well in Chicago about how to divert government funds into front programs like foundation boards, churches’ social programs, community projects — only to have it all go towards paying the ENORMOUS salaries of people sitting on those boards like Pfleger, Wright, Michelle, and Ayers and projects that somehow directly benefit their pocket books. Those poor people in Chicago, and now - all of America if he’s elected. Disgusting - thank goodness he won’t though.

There is no way in hell I would ever vote for Obama.

I think he hates America and white people.

It seems to me that the democratic leadership is deliberately throwing this election.

As others have pointed out — people are waking up and really stopping to take a look at snObama.

He has NOT won the major states (except for Illinois and that was probably with help from the dead).

The GOP will hit him with whatever it takes to eliminate him EARLY. McCain will have a cake walk to the White House.

The core democrats will NOT be voting for snObama — he’s made it clear that he does not want nor need our votes.

snObama is UNELECTABLE — he will lose. He is a big fat Zero. Plus he has a jail cell waiting for him. Rezko will probably start singing — Obama was deeply involved in the “Pay to Play” racket. He was responsible for pushing the bill through the Illinois legislature to change the laws which enabled the current corrupt system.

So it would seem that the democratic leadership is also very dirty — they’ve disregarded the will of the voters.

Clinton is being very stupid to throw her support to snObama — which is what she said she is going to do in the email I just read and deleted.

snObama is a crook — and his wife is a racist.

Back to the question — why does the democratic leadership want to throw this election?

I KNOW he hates America and he hates white — the middle class whites and women especially he hates middle aged white women.

Yep — I don’t vote for racists, sexist pigs.

Pampers Ovomit, enjoy this now you oversized petulant baby-man because this is going to be your only chance to savor anything remotely resembling victory. Just remember that you will always be the Barry Bonds of politics, crossing the finish line with 59 unearned delegates with the rotting carcass of the Democratic Party Unity Pony strapped to your back. The only good thing about you being the presumptive nominee is that, if your candidacy survives your Summer of Implosion, I’ll get to vote against you again. Sweet dreams sweetie!

i am just a lurker. I used to enjoy TM blogs. Now, not much and may not go there anymore. I can’t bear to read Taylor supporting Obama. I come here and Texas Darlin blog. I look forward to the posts of ex-Marshans here.
Larry, please don’t stop. I believe you that the tape is there. I have still my hopes up for Hillary, Madame President!

It is a shame that Taylor has decided to toe the party line. Especially since she knows just exactly how sexist and racist the Obama camp has been this go round. But some folks are true believers. And even though I disagree with her I respect her decision. I hate to think that I would write anything that would disparage Taylor. And I sincerely hope that I never have to.

But I guess that since she has finally been profiled in the Washington Post and hopped aboard the Hope Express she feels that she going somewhere. I really don’t know. I would say that I am saddened by her decision but since Obama has been saddened by those close to him so much, saying so sort of loses it’s sincerity.

What I understand is, If Hillary suspends her election it means she’s going to spa to recharge and still keep her delegates while Obama and McCain will beat each other. On the other hand, if she concedes thats the end of the story and basically giving up her delegates. There’s no need for her to concede because the real coronation really will happen in Denver. It’s the super delegates will decide for POTUS. This super delegates whose supporting Obama can still change their mind.

Please correct me if I’m wrong.
Thanks.

Comment by KarenAnn | 2008-06-05 07:15:24

Actually jyotinc ANY delegate can change their mind whether they are considered committed or SD. Hopefully Hillary will just suspend and not concede. If she does that she basically releases her delegates. However, she could suspend, congradulate BO, say she believes in unity etc etc, sit back, let the ‘GE begin’ , watch as the gloves come off, see what comes out and at the convention concede. The DVD, video, whatever, will more likely not come out until after Aug. if it in fact exists. Therefore, if that is the most volitile info out there, and it doesn’t come out until after Aug, BO will be coronated. If Hillary wants to preserve any political cache and not be treated like a pariah she will be advised to play nice by the party bigwigs. Personally, I would love to see a strong 3rd party and maybe Hillary is the only one who could raise enough money to make one viable (and that is the reason a 3rd party has never really taken hold, because none can raise enough money).

The slow bleed of Obambi has to begin in earnest. 527 groups must get organized to put out some ads telling the truth obaout Obambi, so that the convention will swing Hillary’s way at the end of August in Denver. People STILL don’t know this guy, just his speeches.

Obamatons: Hillary is still very much in the race! We have until August 25 to actually select a nominee. We are now in the second half of the campaign. In case you did not notice on Saturday Hillary will only be suspending her campaign. By doing this she keeps her delegates and can still seek the nomination and we will help her get the nomination.

Now that your pals in the MSM have anointed Obama the nominee you won’t have them bashing Hillary any longer. And already the MSM is turning on Obama as we warned you. You won’t be able to bash Hillary as she supports Obama for party unity. Hillary will support party unity because she will have to fix this disaster you and Obama have created. Sorry Obamatons you will have to fight your battle on three fronts:

1. Keeping your supporters from jumping ship.

2. Fighting the GOP.

3. Fighting us Hillary supporters without bashing Hillary since she supports Obama (for now) for party unity. We still see Hillary taking the nomination no matter how hard you click your ruby slippers that we just go away.

Sorry but we won’t be going anywhere. Obama limped over the voting portion of the finish line. Hillary charged over by winning the popular vote. There is no nominee until August 25.

In the end the DNC will be begging the Clinton’s to save the party and Hillary will be our next president. I hope the Clinton’s take a long vacation sipping pina coladas on the beach while they laugh there asses off while Obama and your trolls spin your wheels for the next 2 months.

Hillary ‘08 + ‘12!

I wonder how Obama plans on winning w/o the majority of Hillary supporters and w/o being able to cheat his way through the election…

Comment by HillGirl | 2008-06-05 06:15:45

To my mind, she doesn’t owe the DNC a damn thing since not once, not one single time did they stand up for her.

To my mind, she doesn’t owe the DNC a damn thing since not once, not one single time did they stand up for her.

Its strategy. She has to play along and don’t forget she also has to keep the party together just enough until Obama implodes this summer before the convention. To play the game Hillary has to keep her uniform on and be on the team.

The Rezko verdict crystallizes everything. Even if the MSM only gives a glimpse of the verdict, many more people can then research it for themselves and be appalled at what’s going on. Despite NBC MSNBC diversion tactics ‘vetting Bill Clinton over his library contributors’.

Oh really, vetting you say. What a concept?

I can’t wait until the movie comes out on this. The behind the scenes of the MSM machinations should be very interesting.

I would never want to see Clinton help out Obama by being on the ticket, but I am still shocked of his lack of understanding that he can not simply carry her supporters because of Roe v. Wade! He spouts off that he is a unifier throughout this campaign and then can&
