Lets not forget, HILLARY agreed Florida/Michigan should be stripped of their delegates, did not say a WORD against it when she felt she was going to win, but after Obama blindsided her, changed her tune. THEN it became “Every vote should count”. How can Hillary’s supporters not see the bald lie she spun? The horrible political move straight out of a Karl Rove playbook. Change the rules once the rules don’t suit you any more.
Obama did everything to reconcile that rift. He accepted Florida’s vote at face value, and tried to work a compromise about Michigan. Hillary would accept no compromise, and only has herself to blame for not getting a better deal. If she were willing to let the Undeclared go to Obama, it could have been easy. But the votes in those two states were unacceptable, because they weren’t supposed to count. Anything that gives ANY votes back should be seen as good. If Obama played hardball like Hillary and tried to stick to THE DEAL THEY BOTH AGREED TO, there would be nothing for either. But he tried to work a compromise, and Hillary stuck to her guns. She got righteously slapped, and its unfortunate the people of those states got caught up in it, but maybe next time they’ll not elect Republican jackasses.
Anyone who votes McCain over Obama deserves the horrible 4 more years of Bush they’ll get.

When he got more delegates, by people voting for him. He recieved, by others voting for him FOUR delegates that Hillary wasn’t entitled to, as the elections were declared null and void by the DNC, and his name wasn’t even on the ballot.
He beat Hillary by OVER TWO HUNDRED DELEGATES.
You Hill-dawgs need to wake up to the fact that he won legitimately. He recieved more votes than she did (the only way Hillary’s math works is if you count two states where the elections were not valid, and ignore caucus states, which Hillary ignored to her peril, and that cost her the election.) Obama played a clean, valid and open game. Hillary went in presuming she would win after Super Tuesday, had no plans beyond that, and tried the Karl Rove “big states are all that matters” tactic, and got THUMPED by Obama in the small states while virtually splitting the big ones.
Hillary lost, fair and square. She has seen the writing on the wall and has finally grown up and accepted her place in the election, and realizes the most important thing is beating McCain. You aren’t really a Hillary supporter, and of her important causes, if you are stupid enough to vote McCain. I suspect most of you are Republican plants, Rush Limbaugh fans stirring shit. Noone who supports the things Hillary supports - universal health care for a big one - would dream of voting for McCain, who likes things the way they are.

FACT: Obama lied about both Hillary’s and his own history, positions and voting record (NAFTA, Iraq, health care, etc)
FACT: Obama baselessly implied Hillary was corrupt, unethical, immoral, incompetent, and possibly even criminal
FACT: Obama cheated in the caucuses (as video evidence and police reports prove and also corrobroated by some of his own caucus workers).
FACT: Hillary said that FL and MI wouldn’t count, but she also always said they SHOULD count.
FACT: Obama took his name off the ballot in MI to curry favor with IA voters and to embarrass Hillary, while at the same time encouraged his supporters to vote uncommitted there.
FACT: Obama broke his pledge not to camppaign in FL by running a massive ad barrage
FACT: Despite the previous two points, the DNC chose to award delegates from those two states to him, including 4 of Hillary’s delegates.
FACT: Despite the fact that they wre offically and legally certified by their respective Secretaries of State, the vote votals in FL and MI were not counted by the DNC in the popular vote totals, thus creating a diminished perception of Hillary’s true status in the race.
FACT: Obama ran multiple successful campaigns during the primaries to get Republicans to register as “Democrats for a Day” just to vote against Hillary, a stunningly unethical tactic.
FACT: Obama publicly said that superdelegates should vote along with their consituents, but privately, behind the scenes, he urged, and even threatened, coerced, and bribed (!) many into supporting him.
FACT: Despite the fact that five states moved up their primaiies in violation of DNC rules, only those states that were considered favorable to Hillary had any of their their delegates stripped from them.
If you call that “clean” “valid” “open” and “fair” then your dictionary is vastly different from mine.

FACT: Obama blocked revote plans in both FL and MI - even ones approved by both the DNC and 90% of his own supporters - because he knew he would lose big in both states.

How anyone can say McCain is the same as Bush has been hiding under a rock the last 8 years. In 2000 McCain was attacked for not being conservative enough and that he actually worked with Democrats to get things done. In 2004 John Kerry tried to persuade McCain to join him as his

As far as the agreement on Michigan, thats a joke. The law in Michigan clearly states that uncommitted is a certified vote, and the RBC did NOT have the option of assigning those votes and associated delegates to ANY candidate. The must by the rules go to the convention as uncommitted!

How do we check that? Want to make sure I am doing it right!
I found it for my state by Googling state election laws, but it is different from state to state and in some instances the candidate has to register his/her name. It isn’t a practical plan unless your state is red and will go to McCain anyway. There aren’t a lot of options, but the best seems to be McCain. The more Obama speaks, the better McCain looks.

So Obama sold out the MoveOn crowd, and he has wavered on support for Israel. He flip-flopped at the AIPAC luncheon.
So, how is Obama going to hold his own against a terrorist like Ahmadinejad when he backs down so quickly to a room full of chiropractors and real estate attorneys?
I just emailed Lieberman thanking him for supporting McCain. Told him I’m a former dem who will do everything to make sure Obama is not elected president.

Citizens for McCain is an organization within the McCain campaign for people who put country before political party and support the candidate for President who has a proven record of bipartisanship.
I have worked with John McCain for many years in the U.S. Senate and know from experience that he can unite Democrats, Republicans and Independents like no one else in this country. He did it in the United States Senate and he can do it as President of the United States.
