Obama’s BIG Birth Certificate PROBLEM

I have acquired additional information related to my earlier posts today (at my blog) on the subject of Barack Obama’s ‘Certification of Live Birth.’
My first post on this subject, Obama Birth Certificate, Fake?, included an analysis that I came across by a blogger named Polarik, who concluded based on “20 years of experience in computers, printers, and typewriters” that the document provided by the Obama campaign (and published by Daily Kos) was manufactured.
In a subsequent post, Certification of Birth from Hawaii: Where’s the Seal?, I showed a ‘Certification of Live Birth’ from Honolulu County for Patricia Decosta, which I found posted at Free Republic (thanks to reader shainzona). (And yes, I know it’s a “right wing” publication but that does not make the information false).
Here is the document posted by the Obama campaign on its Fight the Smears website as evidence of Obama’s birth in Hawaii in 1961:

Now, compare the two documents. Polarik’s technical analysis notwithstanding, my lay person’s eye noticed three differences right away:
1. Ms. Decosta’s certification displays fold marks, which you might expect to see on a document sent through the mail.
2. The certificate number on Obama’s document is blacked out; Ms. Decosta’s is not.
AND
3. An embossed seal is visible on Ms. Decosta’s certification; there is no embossed seal on Obama’s. (You can see the embossed seal very clearly on the larger image at FR here.)
The Vital Records office in Hawaii has confirmed the following with respect to requests for certified copies of birth certificates:
1. Certifications of live birth are always mailed from the VR office, and never transmitted electronically.
2. Certificate numbers are never blacked out.
AND
3. Certifications will always have an embossed seal.

Obama’s birth certification looks fake for sure, no embossed seal. All BC have an embossed seal that’s what makes them legit even copies have a seal.
Yet not one Republican has raised this as an issue.
They are probably pissed off right now that we out’d this issue before Aug. 25.
They don’t want Obama out of the race yet. They’ll be all over this if, somehow, Obama makes it out of the Denver convention. There are many October surprises planned. And the DNC is complicit, knowing Obama can’t win, but hanging with their flawed chosen one and not giving Hillary time to campaign.

I received my certification of birth from the city of Chicago last year. It has a seal and the signature of the the county clerk. It also has a statement that it is not official without the seal. I would bet that all states have the same type of form.
Mine from NY has a large seal and is signed.

Not every state’s birth certificate looks the same. In fact, in a lot of states, the county decides what they look like.

Wasn’t his original birth name Barry Dunham, Dunham being his mother’s last name? Didn’t he say somewhere (in his book?) that he CHANGED HIS NAME to his father’s?
It doesn’t make any sense to me - why would he go to all this trouble putting out a birth certificate that doesn’t have a seal on it - as is needed for it to be official. It must be that something was changed that is allowed but by doing so renders it not official anymore.
The name change is a possibility but not that big of a deal - but then again, Obama has been known to fret over the smallest of details (head scarves-gate anyone?).
I think it has to do with his father’s classification of race - could he have been put down as Arab-African/Muslim? and that’s what’s getting Obama all riled up? Or maybe it lists Obama as a bastard even?
All I know is - you don’t go through all this trouble and let the rumors mount like this unless you have something to hide - especially with something so innocent as a birth certificate.

One lists ‘Father’s Race’ as WHITE and the other as AFRICAN? And the last line on the Obama document reads “Date Filed By Registrar” and the other reads “Date Accepted By State Registrar”. What’s up with that?

Actually it is forgery as well as fraud. If a document is altered or created with intent to deceive, that is forgery.
Wikipedia Definition: “Forgery is the process of making or adapting objects or documents (see false document), with the intent to deceive. The similar crime of fraud is the crime of deceiving another, including through the use of objects obtained through forgery”.
If Obama merely changed his religion or some other data on an otherwise valid document, that would also be forgery.

As I said when the fake was first posted, if it was genuine you would be able to see the background pattern through all non black area’s of the seal. On the authentic one, you can clearly see the background pattern.

It is the duty of government officials to verify that every candidate meets these requirements before letting them run for office. You don’t just walk in and tell the DMV that you’re 16 and know how to drive and get issued a license; you have to prove it. So why would government officials require more proof to get a license than to become president?
Remember how they were telling us that if we have nothing to hide we shouldn’t mind the government wiretapping us; well if Obama has nothing to hide he shouldn’t mind showing proof that he is a NATURAL BORN citizen, that he really is over 35 and that he hasn’t resided abroad in the last 14 years. The very fact that in this country; where every bit of information about your birth is recorded with the state you were born in and they keep in on file forever; makes it extremely improbable that nothing exists on Barack Obama and that alone makes him ineligible to become president under the qualifications of Our Constitution.

They can reconstruct the dead sea scrolls from bits of parchment so I’m sure if you had the original supplied by Obama or his campaign, they could “read” the number. The real question is will they do it.
Since Obama is running for the presidency proof of birth could fall under the Freedom of Information Act because Hawaii had only been a state for two years and verifying the location and date of his birth is important to the Constitutional requirements of eligibility. If he showed this document to get a passport and it wasn’t questioned, I think I know how all those terrorists slipped into the U. S. I am beginning to believe that Obama is being given special treatment because he is bi-racial not because anyone is prejudiced about his race.
