A little off topic but I have a premonition as to John McCain’s running mate in case anyone cares.
I live in the Great State of My Vote hasn’t really Counted in Eight Years (aka Florida).
I just turned on the news to see that our Governor Charlie Crist is getting married to girlfriend of just eight months.
Many rumors have flown around that Mr.Crist has an alternative life style (not that theres anything wrong with that!) But this would sure make him a more acceptable VP (to main stream America).
Not that this would be breaking news. He has been talked about as potential VP already. I just feel this may mean its in the bag.
A friend of mine from Florida told me the alternative lifestyle rumor too. I don’t know much about Crist–anyone?

I can’t stand the idea of her having to worry about this, and be in need to BO or anyone else, after she gave her blood, sweat and tears to us for months. It will also be a clear signal to her and the DNC that we are still here, and that we still love and support her!

I’m sorry, but I have to ask. Why are you sending money to McCain. Please, the Convention isn’t until August. Hillary cold still be our candidate. If you give McCain money now and Hillary becomes the candidate, you would be giving her opponent the money to defeat her. Please wait with your McCain donations until after the August convention. With all we are finding out on a daily basis Obama may still be the presumptive whatever in September but Hillary would be the Nominee.

Just got a call from my son in Iraq, he was doing well, and related they had a barbecue with steak and hamburgers and hot dogs, he said he really like the food, never mind the 136 degree heat! I asked if there was anything he wanted, and he said if there was a way I could figure to get some real garlic bread over there, it would be great; hot dog buns with butter and garlic salt just don’t cut it! Just garlic bread, that is all he wanted.
I sure do love him.
