FREE FOR ALL! One Dude’s Quest to Save Democracy was aptly released on July 4, 2008. If you think we’ve just experienced caucus fraud, this beautifully produced film will remind you that we’ve got more big fish to fry.
The film hearkens back to the 2000 and 2004 election nightmares. Diebold voter machines were supposed to fix any leftover 2000 hanging-chad problems. However, leading up to the election, there were many warnings and red flags that the “fix” was in the machines, in that they were easily hackable, and the company’s neutrality was questionable. A simple retrospective statement by Sen. Robert Hagen (D-Ohio) describes his Diebold voting encounter:
It was one of the first times you got to press using the electronic voting machine. When I pressed Kerry, it went over to Bush.
The film explores the 2000 and 2004 elections, including: the Ohio and Florida debacles, missing ballot boxes, veracity of exit polls, illegal purge of voter rolls, restrictions to, and misinformation about, election day voter sign-in, and much, much more. In conclusion, the filmmaker opines:
“If Democracy isn’t free for all, then it’s not free for me.”

Global warming is real. Every legitimate scientist agrees, and you’d know that if you paid attention to any news except the one crackpot far-right radio station you apparently listen to. Yes global warming is real but what will happen is as green house gases build up the great Greenland ice sheet will melt and cool the North Atlantic drift current that warms Europe. When Europe cools that will trigger the next ice age.
The Greenland ice sheet is the tipping point in each of the last six ice ages.
The clear cutting in WA., OR., and Northern CA Shasta area is contibuting to the rape of the earth and global warming..our tipping point is in 10 years if they do not stop this.

Although I think the whole lie detector incident destroyed Sinclair’s credibility, I think the real reason he doesn’t go after this is there may be a grain of truth. Obama has a history of cocaine use. As someone who spent over a decade treating drug addicts, I feel confident in saying that it is a very, very, VERY rare thing for one of them to stop. What I am getting at is, there is a very high probability that Obama still uses drugs. The last thing he would want is discussion of that issue. It only takes one pic of him with that little glass dick in his mouth and booooooom…..his campaign goes up in smoke.

It is not true that back when Obama was born if the parents were not married the child was given the mothers last name. My cousin gave birth out of wedlock the same year Obama was born and the father’s name was given to the child and placed on the legal documents.
Well I’m 53 and I’m going by what I remember as a child. I remember relatives going to court to try and prove someone was the father because it was before DNA and they were not automatically given the fathers last name.
Given his father had other wives, would a marriage in the US be legal and are Kenyan marriages recognized by the US even though they are polygamist?
Is a passport the issue or the birth certificate? Children under the age of twelve years traveling with a parent didn’t need a separate passport, at least in 1980 when my son accompanied me out of the country. He needed no passport to return to the US without me to join his father.
He was listed on my passport until his twelfth birthday and I don’t remember having to supply his birth certificate. The confusion about Obama is directly related to his parentage and location of birth.
The only evidence is that given by him in his own words and the copy of his birth certificate listed on his website. All he needs to do is make the hospital records available and the question would be resolved. I’m sorry, but a website is not proof and we know what his word is worth. For me, the question of illegitimate birth is irrelevant, but his place of birth is a Constitutional issue.
That just proves you are not older than Obama, because you would know why. AA’s would think that he did it to get the their vote and white people wouldn’t like it because his father abandoned him and they would think he was disloyal to his white family.

Why shouldn’t Obama supply his birth certificate to the public? John McCain hired lawyers to remove any doubt about his citizenship and both of his parents were American and he was born on a US Naval Base. I also would like to know why there was no public investigation into the break in of his passport files.
The CEO of the company whose employees are accused of looking at the passport files of Obama is John O. Brennan, president and CEO of the Analysis Corp. and a foreign policy advisor to his campaign.
His file was accessed three times by employees of that company and when the news was released, Kos, Olbermann and other bloggers immediately began to accuse Sen. Clinton and/or the Bush administration. There should be a public testimony from these people.
That file contained information from his birth certificate, occasions when he traveled out of the country and his destination, as well as his SS# and credit information.
It seems strange, to me at least, the CEO of the company behind it is still a member of his campaign.
There is no reason to believe the truth would change the votes of AAs and if he has presented the truth about himself and his history, there is no reason to believe it would affect any voter. The race card was used by the Obama campaign and that is immoral. There were memos from his campaign to the press before the South Carolina primary falsely accusing the Clintons and any claim otherwise is spin. Statement on PBS News Hour appearance of Rep. And, really, most people live in a world now of lots of single parents. I’m 50 and there are many in many state and they encompass a variety of people in terms of class. It’s just not particularly unusual.
Maybe much older folks would care, but they are not pro-Obama anyway. What votes would be lost if it turned out that Obama’s father left Obama’s mother before he was born?
