Our blog, and many others, were inaccessible to IE browser users tonight for a while. Someone attacked Sitemeter. Once we removed that feature, the site worked again for everyone. The trickiest part was finding out why the site wasn’t working, but our writer Ani did some digging and came up with the answer. Three cheers for Ani!
That is why we took down the YouTube about Hillary for a short while. We wondered if there was a problem with its code, but it had nothing to do with that. Thanks so much for your patience. I bet a lot of blog owners were scratching their heads tonight!

No wonder I didn’t notice the problem.
First, I use Firefox.
And second, I use the ABP add-on (and No-Script add-on), which blocks sitemeter.
Astonishingly, Obama’s chief strategist, David Axelrod now admits that Ibama played the RACE CARD in Missouri, and that the multiple references in Ibama’s speeches to Presidents on dollar bills was about race.

When pressed to explain the comment, David Axelrod told “Good Morning America” it meant, “He’s not from central casting when it comes to candidates for president of the United States. He’s new to Washington. Yes, he’s African-American.”
As previously pointed out by McCain, Ibama played the “Race Card” in Missouri. The networks reported Ibamas comparison with the Presidents on the dollar bills, but they did not report Ibamas comment about being Black.
This has been reported. “What they’re going to try to do is make you scared of me,” Obama said. “You know, ‘He’s not patriotic enough, he’s got a funny name,’ you know, ‘He doesn’t look like all those other presidents on the dollar bills.’”
This injection of race in the same speech has not been reported. “It’s a leap, electing a 46-year-old black guy named Barack Obama,” Said Ibama.
The video of the speech was posted by the Ibama Campaign, but they recently scrubbed it from youtube.

This is the same scare tactic used by Ibama during his attempt to shake down Hillary supporters for cash. And again during a fundraiser among his supporters in Jacksonville.

That same old song coming out of Obama’s mouth is getting old, old, old. He keeps reminding us of how black he is to avoid telling us how inexperienced he is.
I was annoyed that he brought this up in his Berlin speech, too, but the media was oblivious. What the heck do they think when he makes the remark about not looking like other presidents? Do they think he is referring to not wearing a powdered wig? Hillary looks less like the guys on our money than Barack does.
If you read the NYTimes piece on his days as a “law professor” you will see that Obama was obsessed with race then, just like he is now.

He is projecting his obsession on the rest us. Just imagine Colin Powell going on and on about race the way this neophyte does.
Obama is sitting there with nothing else to play but the race card. Obama is trying to back into the presidency with as little record and experience as he can since he knows if he hung around the Senate for another 4 years he would have been a big flop and his chance would have passed him by.
if he would have hung around the senate for another 4 years instead of running for president he would have been indicted along with his buddy Tony Rezko for the Tenement scam they ran in chicago.
It may not be entirely out of the picture. If he falls, he will fall deep. There are too many skeletons. One (or more) will bite him.

When you have no policies, you flip-flop on the ones you supposedly had, you should be soaring in the polls but are tanking, the only thing you can do is play the race card. It reminds me of a drunk who stumbled out of a bar in New York, a complete stranger mind you, followed me for three blocks screaming at the top of his lungs “You hate me don’t you? You hate me ’cause I’m black.” Finally, I turned, confronted him and replied “No, I don’t hate you because you’re black. I hate you because you’re an assh—-.” Same applies this time too.

I downloaded Mozilla Firefox IE to continue surfing the net. In case you have problems with trolls in the future, this is a backup to keep in the back of your mind.

It was either early in the primaries or when BHO ran unopposed for his Senate seat in IL that MRO, while campaigning for her husband, threw this line out about “his name being funny, he’s Black and oh, he’s a Muslim too.” Seems like he needs to leave her lines out–he now has to figure out how to back out of this one. Don’t guess he can go back to Philadelphia and give the race speech again.
Perhap he better leave the long speeches alone period. Fmr US ambassador to the UN, takes BHO to task about his speech in Berlin “One-World Spiel Radical- if Real.”
Sounds like he and his surrogates need new ideas or at best some CHANGE in direction.
HRC gave him advance notice that she had already been tested and could handle the GOP, but now we have a Democratic candidate who is well educated and sounding more and more like a whinner versus a winner everyday. No problem–I decided before HRC suspended her campaign what I would do this fall.

Now that’s one bumper sticker I’d be safe putting on my car. I learned the hard way when I had a Kerry/Edwards sticker.

You know, I never–well, not never, but rarely, use Firefox, but my first instinct was to try it with that, because I kept getting that error message.
I kinda like Firefox…it takes some getting used to, but it seems pretty peppy.

I had the same problem here and over at Liberal Rapture and a few other anti-Obama sites. I figured it was an Obamaattack. But I am not tech savvy enough and don’t know about all these new things like Firefox to do anything about it. Obama trolls must really hate freedom, especually freedom of speech.
BO didn’t actually say that Berliners hadn’t seen a President who looked like him; he said they hadn’t seen an American who looked like him.

I think I just figured out how to contest BO’s eligibility to run for President, based on questions as to whether he is a natural born citizen!
Anyone wishing to appear on the ballot for President must register with the Secretaries of State in the individual states, according to their rules regarding numbers of signatures; and citizenship. The timetables for contesting the validity of ballot submissions are listed for each state. So, if BO manages to take the nomination in August then, his people will file paperwork to get him on the ballots of the 50 states. At this time, people can file individual challenges against his eligibility with the individual Secretaries of State.

Barack Obama is NOT African-American; he’s Kenyan-American and this distinction should be made. Kenya was under British rule until it became a member of the Commonwealth and Africa, like other continents is made up of many countries, but it is not an ethnicity or a nationality.
And, no he isn’t like other Americans, African or otherwise, because he was born in Hawaii which has an ethnic diversity more similar to California than any southern state and spent his childhood immersed in the culture of Indonesia and in spite of his denial that he was not assimilated into that culture it’s hard to believe he spent all those years in isolation when we have evidence that his step father enrolled him in the Indonesian school system.
His only claim to fame is the black part in his DNA. If I were white, I’d be insulted by this.
He’s also using the Harold Washington playbook on racial politics to win elections. This is why he went to Chicago in the first place.
The Democrats were fools to allow him to use racial politics in the Primary just to beat Hillary. All it did was divide and fracture the Party. This is why the Dems will be conquered on Election Day if they insist on making him the nominee.
We are 26 days and counting to his ‘big’ acceptance speech. Have SDs awakened and realized yet that he doesn’t have a significant portion of the Dem base to win? Are they watching his goofs, gaffes, flip-flops and race-baiting? The man is a self-destructing machine and strong-arming Hillary to be on his ticket is not the answer.
