At about 2min40sec, Herbert says “I put it in the context of the ad run against Harold Ford in 2006“. Talk about bait-n-switch! The anti-Harold Ford ad in 2006 was indeed racist, yet nothing compared to the Willie Horton ads of 1988 run by Bush41.

The McCain ad makes no allusion to sex. It did NOT use the Washington Monument NOR the Leaning Tower of Pisa as at all, much less as phallic symbols. It was as we all now know the Berlin Victory Column, which Obama himself chose. Funny how Herbert is so silent on Obama’s choice of such a filthy location.

To put a non sexual ad in the context of a sexual ad, i.e. the 2006 anti Harold Ford ad, is pure unadulterated bait-n-switch.

The other ridiculous thing Herbert kept insisting on was of course the phallic symbols appearing in the forms of the Washington Monument and the Leaning Tower of Pisa. “Why those two phallic symbols are there?…POW! You explain to me…” This is a shameless slight-of-hand trick: It is loaded question. Herbert had not sufficiently–not by a mile- demonstrated that they were indeed phallic symbols to begin with.

Towards the end of the MSNBC interview vid which I linked, Herbert has the cajones to proclaim authoritatively: “It is not my job to elect Barack Obama.” Really?

With his first assertion, Herbert stuck his head up his own ass. With the second, he was neck deep in his own racist excrement. By the third… Gee, a few more such authoritative assertions and he’ll disappear altogether. LOL.

It’s official, henceforth, Bob Herbert shall now be called: Bob “I see DICK!” Herbert.

Funny how Herbert and Eugene “I have a Giant ManCrush on Barack” never talk about Ludacris or Bernie Mac, or how Michelle Obama gender baited Hillary–Big Time, with her ridiculous claim: “If you can’t take care of you’re own house, you can’t take care of the White House!
