TD Foreword: It’s time to TAKE ACTION IN YOUR STATE. Dr. Kate, who’s been researching key questions about Barack Obama’s eligibility to be POTUS, filed this URGENT-ACTION STORY.
The stunning information recently revealed on Barack Obama forged COLB and potential multiple citizenship suggests that Barack H. Obama is not eligible under Article II of the US Constitution to serve as POTUS.
Because the DNC, and likely our respective state Democratic Committees, have not vetted Obama, it has been up to average American citizens to do so. I’ve put this short guide together based on my experience in my very red state to enable others to do so. This is my story.
For my state, and for others, it looks like the deadline for certifying the eligibility of Presidential candidates “under the constitution” to participate in caucuses, primaries and conventions has passed. Obama had to submit papers by Feb 8th 2008 in my state, as did other candidates. So it is assumed that the candidate the party puts forward is legit.
Now we see what the rush with Obama was. Get every state to certify him before any information came out on the eligibility issue—look at how close we are to the convention and he really has just been busted!
Nevertheless, it looks like challenges to eligibility are still allowed, but it may have to be done by the other party in each state. The time is NOW for everyone to get familiar with their state’s rules, and to call their state’s SOS with a basic outline of information, ask for instructions, and ask if the SOS would be interested in assisting.. Each state’s republican party may or may not be interested.
I initially contacted the state Secretary of State and talked with a staffer about certifying Presidential candidates under the Constitution and how it is done, what role the SOS has, and relevant dates for certification. I mentioned to the staffer that I had information relevant to Obama’s eligibility. I was directed to the state Democratic Party, but when I told the SOS I didn’t think they’d do anything, the SOS indicated they would refer the information to the appropriate individuals.
As predicted, when I contacted the state dem party they told me to go to the DNC or the FEC. Well the DNC won’t do anything, and the FEC really regulates money…so I called the state republican party, who was very interested in the information.
It may be that the best challenge will come from a totally “red” state, where Obama has no chance… a red state SOS challenging Obama’s eligibility under the Constitution—would make news and problems for Obama.
If Obama is found to be ineligible for POTUS under the constitution—the same requirement that each candidate had to participate in caucuses and primaries—then Obama was ineligible to participate in the caucuses & primaries!! The whole primary season would either be thrown out or Clinton would have to be the nominee. In many states, I believe his actions could be considered fraud.
Obama is in Hawaii starting on Friday….of course he will come back with a certified BC that has what he wants on it. Thus it is important NOW to start getting the information out so that the first question he gets when he gets back is, “do you have a new Birth Certificate?”

I am calling to request an investigation as to whether Sen. Obama is eligible to be on the ballot for President, in this state.
There are serious questions that have not been investigated.
For example:
It is possible that he has dual citizenship, which would make him unqualified. He has probably been a citizen of Kenya and Indonesia, and may still be.
And, there is concern that the birth certificate he has published on his website is a forgery, which probably means he is hiding something about his birth.
Ordinary citizens like me cannot take on the burden of investigating presidential candidates.
It’s my understanding that your office has the responsibility, on my behalf and the behalf of all voters, to be sure that presidential candidates are eligible.
What has your office done to be sure that Sen. Obama is eligible?
How can I file a formal request for inquiry, or a challenge to his eligibility?
TWO ISSUES for ELIGIBILITY:
1. DUAL CITIZENSHIP: Obama likely had, and may still have, INDONESIAN and/or KENYAN CITIZENSHIP, and therefore is ineligible to be POTUS under Art. II of the Constitution (NOTE: this is NOT about where he was born or whether he’s a US citizen. It’s about DUAL CITIZENSHIP, which creates DIVIDED LOYALTIES.)
2. PHONY BIRTH CERTIFICATE: Obama has REFUSED to show a hard copy of his REAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE. Evidence suggests that his BC may be in the name of BARRY SOETORO because he was likely adopted by his step-father LOLO SOETORO. Has Obama been LYING ABOUT HIS DUAL CITIZENSHIP, LEGAL NAME, AND IDENTITY?

I posted my results on Texas Darlin.
After contacting SOS office, I was told Obama doesn’t have dual citizenship, his mother is a U.S. citizen, and it’s a federal matter and was told to contact Congress.
Won’t go into the full conversation since it was ridiculous. Got the basic gist that because Ms. Dunham was born in Kansas that no one ever bothered to look beyond that information.
The Democratic Party have just assumed his eligibility.
There must be someone or office responsible to check these documents. Whether it is Obama or anyone else in the future, it would be devastating to the United States to find out a person, who was actually a citizen of another country instead of America, was elected as our president.
It’s too late once the damage is done.
There is always impeachment, but then the Dems who pushed him, will cover for him as well.
I called these offices: Secretary of State, DOJ and Attorney General’s office, FBI in DC and in my town.
I was sent around from the first to the last place. I got phone numbers that were one digit off. I hunted down the right numbers.
At last I spoke to someone at the local FBI office where I was advised that ‘this internet stuff is such a lie that is not even funny’.
I don’t know what else to do.

I am still confused by the eligibility issue..Here is the eligibility standard under Article II..
“No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”
If the newspaper birth announcement is real then he was most likely born in HI. I don’t think the citizenship of either parent would make a difference nor would another country recognizing that person as a “citizen.”
IMO, I think Obama is trying to cover-up the fact that his legal name is Barry Soetoro..would this be a disqualification? I have no Idea.

I think the bigger issue would be if his legal name is not Barak Hussein Obama II and all of
the election forms are not legal.
The argument(see Judah Benjamin series) is that dual citizenship leads to conflicting loyalties, in a nutshell.
I believe I read somewhere that the dual citzenship is recognized only if the other country, like Kenya or Indonesia, recognizes it. And I don’t think they do, therefore, he would be Kenyan from his father or Indonesian from his step-father if adopted. I don’t see where our country should vote for someone who would hold allegiance to another country anyway.
Exactly. If the candidate ever had reason to divide their loyalties between the US and any other country, they are disqualified under Article 2.
Adoption by an Indonesian would offer that opportunity. End of story. Buh bye Barry!
If Obama has dual citizenship, or tri citizenship (U.S, Indonesia and Kenya, his loyalties could lay with any of the three countries. Look up dual citizenship on the government immigration site and it explains the problem of a citizen having dual citizenship.
During WWII some German dual citizens were forceably kept in Germany and made to obey the laws of the Third Reich. Japanese Americans caught in Japan during WWII, even native born citizens who were not dual citizens but were simply visiting with naturalized parents were forceably kept in Japan.
And if Obama is a dual citizen of the U. S. and Kenya - and his cousin Odinga becomes the leader of his nation he could order Obama to support Kenya; and considering that Obama went to great lengths to assist his cousin in his election bid it is reasonable to expect that Obama will support his cousin since he has already broken U. S. law as a U. S. senator to do so.

If Oblowme was adopted and his name is not what he has on the various state ballots - only a write-in will possibly be accepted.
Whether Obama can technically verify his eligibility — with a new birth certificate from Hawaii or not — I think the more immediate opportunity is to get some more validation of that fact that the COLB posted on his website is a forgery. If that alone were confirmed by “independent” experts and the main stream media, Obama would be immediate toast… even if he is technically qualified under the Consitution to be president. It would be irreparably damaging to his credibility, it may be be fraud.
I wish I knew how to get the “right” people to confirm that forgery allegations pronto! Quick and easy. No Secrataries of State, no nuanced blah-blah about “natural born.” Just expose him as a liar of the first order.
We’ll probably never know the truth. But Ludacris definitely helped him lose ground. the Uhuru heckling in St petersburg is going to get louder. Ralph Nader is going to keep calling Barry out for his lack of allegiance to civil right issues. The UHURU people are having a convention 9/28. Ralph knows that Barry is in the corporate pocket.
I expect the next think will be Cynthia McKinney calling him out on his lack of commitment as well.
Pardon me for being cynical, but the DNC is full of ignoramuses, deliberate obfuscation, lies, and planned venality. State governments probably haven’t had this sort of challenge to deal with, and so employees don’t have a lot of know-how to deal with such an appalling situation.
Republicans: I think that is the best bet, especially Republican lawyers at a high level in the state or national party. In my state, NM, think about how far I’d get if I lodged a complaint–Judas Bill’s territory in the State government.

SC’s election process is controlled by the State Election Commission. I was told, when I called there, that nothing is vetted by the State — they just arbitrarily accept the candidate that the DNC has qualified as being Consitutionally legal.
So we’re stuck with the DNC. . . .
My suggestion is go find a Republican attorney, call them and ask, then see if he’ll give you the pro bono half hour and drop it on him. He will know if he can file an injunction against Obama’s candidacy until he proves IN CIVIL COURT whether he is eligible or not. Civil court has much more flexible rules of evidence and a judge has more leeway in demanding info.

If there are any lawyers or judges amongst us, could they not be of help getting to the right people? I can’t believe there isn’t some way to get these government employees to pay attention. We do pay their salaries after all. This is a huge issue that should not be brushed aside by incompetents because someone doesn’t want to do their job or doesn’t want to pay attention to the taxpayer citizens. Don’t give up folks.
FYI: There is an article on MSNBC.com under the Politics section regarding whether a foreign-born American can be President. They cite Schwarzenegger as an example.
Schwartzenegger is a totally different case; plus he campaigned in Austria for a Nazi for president after he became a naturalized citizen of the U.S and his father was a Nazi during WWII and he has never repudiated him. Even if it was constitutionally possible for him to be a candidate his hurdles are as high as Obama’s.

If you email, send copies to media outlets as well. It is the best way to get the lazy MSM on the story and light a fire under the proper authorities to do their jobs.

I might suggest that any correspondence be sent by Certified or Registered Mail with Return Receipt Requested, to a specific individual, and mark the message/envelope/or?: URGENT.
There are thousands of letters, emails, phone calls to the “top” personnel and the one who does the leg/telephone work may see the letter next month, or the secretary may think it is a crank anti-BO and file it in the shredder. Since this has never been done before, even our elected officials have no idea how to ‘do it.’ And, obviously, they are not going to spend time figuring this out. In fact, challenging a candidate who submitted his name to be placed on the ballot for the office of POTUS in the general election is really quite simple, according to the laws published on-line in each state. Generally, you have to wait until he submitted his name to the Secretary of State to be placed on the ballot. The candidates whose names are submitted by the two major parties to get onto the ballot have until after the official nomination at their respective conventions to get those names onto the ballot. (PLEASE NOTE: FOR ALL OF YOU READING YOUR STATE ELECTION LAWS, THERE IS A DIFFERENCE IN DEADLINES BETWEEN CANDIDATES WHO ARE NOT BEING PUT FORWARD BY MAJOR PARTIES AND THOSE WHO ARE. THINK ABOUT IT. IF CANDIDATES FOR THE MAJOR PARTIES ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL VOTES AT THE CONVENTION; AND IF THE DEADLINE IN TEXAS TO GET ONTO THE BALLOT IS AUGUST 22, THEN HOW CAN EITHER THE DEMOCRATIC OR REPUBLICAN NOMINEE APPEAR ON THE BALLOT IN THAT STATE?) I live in Western WA and will be voting for Congressman Larry Ishmael R rather than Jay Inslee D, because of Inslee’s support of Obama as a SD in Denver.

I wrote to him about Obama’s COLB etc etc and his eligibility for POTUS and he responded like this:

We were living in South Africa when our second son was born and I know that even though we are both Americans, he can never run for president because he was born outside the US or an American protectorate like Puerto Rico/Guam/US Virgin Islands/Marshall Islands, etc. Barack was born to an American mother and a Kenyan father but was born in the US. That certainly begs the question, doesn’t it? I know that children of illegal immigrants are automatically given US citizenship, so it would stand to reason that Barack would be a citizen, but eligible for the presidency is another question. Again, I will look into it.

There’s nothing to replicate. There’s only random dust marks and flaws caused by electronics all over the COLB. Techdude reckons he can sort of join-the-dots with those marks and IMAGINE Obama’s sister’s name being there. It’s not of course because it’s theoretically impossible and no one - not even Techdude can supply an image.
He even imagined the sister’s name (which is longer) extending BEYOND Obama’s name, when in reality there can only be plain background there.

Techdude has claimed to find the name of Barack Obama’s sister on the document, but his work cannot be replicated. To my knowledge, he has not once shown a jpg displaying those results.
Frankly, and I do not say this lightly, I think he and the others leading people down this false trail are operating in bad faith.
And we’ve seen no evidence that Barack Obama, registered as the son of an Indonesian citizen, is not a citizen of another country. The false trail people have been heading down is the one Obama made for us to follow - now there’s bad faith!
