Special edition of Hour of Power tonight on NQR!

Hour of Power Last minute schedule change: The news is so full of Sarah Palin that we’ve decided to do a special Hour of Power tonight instead of our regularly scheduled South Asia Hour.

DCMediaGirl will be talking about Sarah Palin, her speech at the convention, reaction to her pick, the sexism and hypocrisy on display, and what this means for November.

Listen to the livestream broadcast at 10pm ET tonight on NQR.

The call-in number for questions is (347) 677-0792.

The NQR chat room will be open all evening — just look for the green “chat” sign. An audio archive of the show will be available at NQR immediately following the broadcast.

The Elephant in the Room.

This describes me in a nutcase-shell…I can’t believe I have loosened the reins of the Dim-ocratic Party’s shackles,
and have jumped into the Lion’s den of the Republican camp.
Just testing the water, and so far, the peanuts are the same…except for…SARAH PALIN…
finally a woman on the top ticket. Yes, I am that kind of feminist.

Okay…what’s with the National Enquirer story? Again, more “news’ flying around the blogosphere about Todd Palin’s ex-partner filing a motion to seal his divorce docs and the motion was denied.

I’m not a troll!
I’m pro HRC all the way and anti BHO all the way. I’m just wondering if anybody has any information.

The NE got it right about John Edwards but I thought I saw a cover on a NE during the primaries about Michelle being very angry about all of Barack’s women…

Larry Sinclair are you still out there?

Looks like Palin will dominate the race down to election day.

Palin is wrong about the economy, wrong about the war, wrong about social security (she wants to privatize it) and wrong about judges. She is the anti-FDR/Kennedy/Clinton.

Vote for McCain/palin at your own peril. But since the Dems will control Congress maybe it might be a good mov to support McCain/Palin (increase Hillary chances in 2012).

I’m on the fense.

Do I vote 3rd party or Mccain?

I will not vote for obama.

there you have it

I’m having the same twilight zone moment here but am starting to be very glad MY vote won’t matter in NC. They will stay red.

I’m not thrilled I’m not excited but I’m not disgusted either and that is exactly how I felt every time I considered voting for OBAMA

McCain/Palin (out of the blue) seems Kristol knew something months ago I remember posting her name and looking her up. She seemed tame enough.

Now she’s a barracuda? rut roh! LOL

that could be interesing
