The Obama Campaign, Role Models, Patterned Violence [UPDATED with Photographs of Misogynistic Obamabots at Palin Protest in Philadelphia]

Venal journalists and mindless bloggers who simply regurgitate what the Obama campaign places in their email accounts hope to convince voters that the rhetoric of John McCain and Sarah Palin is engendering hatred and violence.

Four events this weekend militate against this narrative, however. Indeed, two isolated events reveal that it is in fact the Obama campaign and not John McCain that is inciting violence, arson, vandalism and larceny.

I. Violent Obamabots throw fire bombs in Portland, Oregon

081011_kevin_robinson.jpg

PORTLAND, Ore. - Authorities have arrested two men after a Molotov cocktail was thrown at a 4-foot by 8-foot campaign sign for Republican presidential candidate John McCain in a southeast Portland yard….

Witnesses said the suspects threw a Molotov cocktail at the sign and used another as a torch.

The Scruttons worried that their home could have caught on fire.

Taking their cues from the Obama campaign, Obamabots Leslie Brockette Leudtke and Kevin Carl Robinson are following in the footsteps of Bill Ayers, the terrorist who said the following on 911:

“I don’t regret setting bombs,” and added, “I feel we didn’t do enough.”

Or perhaps these fabricators of booze bombs are simply following Obama’s exhortation to his supporters to “get in the face” of those who will vote for John McCain. And what better way to do that than to emulate the terrorist who helped launch Obama’s political career in his living room in inner city Chicago?

II. Obamabots vandalize Republican headquarters in Rock Hill, South Carolina

Obama surrogate John Lewis stated the following this weekend:

“What I am seeing reminds me too much of another destructive period in American history,” Lewis said in a statement issued today for Politico’s Arena forum. “Sen. McCain and Gov. Palin are sowing the seeds of hatred and division, and there is no need for this hostility in our political discourse.”

Lewis didn’t accuse McCain of imitating Wallace, but suggested there were similarities.

“George Wallace never threw a bomb,” Lewis noted. “He never fired a gun, but he created the climate and the conditions that encouraged vicious attacks against innocent Americans who were simply trying to exercise their constitutional rights. Because of this atmosphere of hate, four little girls were killed on Sunday morning when a church was bombed in Birmingham, Alabama.”

How did Obamabots in South Carolina respond to Lewis’s comparison of John McCain and Sarah Palin to segregationist George Wallace? I quote the Rock Hill Herald:

vandals_banner.jpg

Vandals spray-painted the words “Republican means slavery” on the door of the York County GOP campaign headquarters overnight Friday.

Party volunteers called police after discovering the message when they arrived at the office on Rock Hill’s Oakland Avenue. The vandals also stole about 45 candidate signs from the front yard and spray-painted over a banner that carried a picture of Republican presidential nominee John McCain. Their messages included lettering and symbols sometimes used by gangs.

While Obamabots in South Carolina did not throw a bomb, they did vandalize and steal private property from those whose politics they liken to “slavery.” And this occurred just days after John Lewis compared McCain and Palin to a notorious segregationist. I guess words really do have discursive effects.

III. Obama supporter Madonna exhorts the crowd to kick Sarah Palin’s ass; a male blogger follows her command

And a misogynistic Obamabot online who clearly harbors fantasies of extreme violence against women publishes this cartoon at his blog:

palin.JPG

IV. These fantasies of violence are also promoted by the Obama campaign. Just view these photographs from the Obamabot protest of Sarah Palin outside of the Park Hyatt Hotel in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, yesterday:

2932674753_d00e17926e.jpg

2932673477_2451c7bea4.jpg

2933527462_30179e6d98.jpg

2933529368_e6909c2b58.jpg

2932673951_2626de0404.jpg

According to Michelle Obama, this race is about “role modeling.”

And she is right, for Obama’s campaign continues to incite violence and crime across the country. Larceny, vandalism, Molotov cocktails, violence against women: I guess this is change in which everyone, especially criminals, can believe.

The Portland guys are just so classic. If you watch the news you’ll see protests in like Seattle and San Fran, and then some waaay over the top action in Portland.

I live in Salem, to stay upriver of the raw sewage that ‘green’ Portland dumps in the Willamette. The reason you see this stuff is that Portland wishes it were either Seattle or San Fran, so they do even more to get attention. It’s a hole of a town, one of the least truly tolerant cities I’ve ever been in (unless you have thick rim glasses and smell bad), and a Molotov is simply par for the course.

It’s also the place they got like 70K on the waterfront for Obama. These bombing guys are going to be folk heroes there.

I believe Obama’s urging of his supporters to argue with people and to get in their faces is extremely irresponsible behavior for a presidential candidate. It encourages hate and the acting out on that hatred. Obama’s background in community organizing emphasizes confrontational politics. The type of campaign he has run demonstrates his commitment to that philosophy. Such an attitude, I think, has no place in the top office of this nation and would make his presidency as disastrous for the nation as his campaign has been.

Comment by AnninCA | 2008-10-12 18:13:31

I agree. He is, however, very irresponsible in this way and showed that throughout the campaign.

It’s like a reality TV show, frankly. Trash Ferarro? No big deal.

What’s disturbing to me is that there’s a complete disconnect with people who came before him and an attitude that he’s entitled to do this.

That’s a very irresponsible way to campaign.

The Republicans have done more than their fair share of this type of smear campaigning. I suppose many think, “Karma.”

I like being for McCain. He’s responsible. He’s keeping the country’s interests in mind while also not letting Obama off the hook for things he’s lied about to the public.

He’s not responsible for every redneck racist act done on his “behalf,” but he’s speaking out against it at his rallies. He even took a minister to task today over an inappropriate invocation. Good for him.

Obama has done nothing to quell any of the misogynistic attacks on Hillary or Palin.

In fact, he encourages it. The ONLY time he speaks out? It’s for himself.

Obama’s Kenya ghosts
Mark Hyman
About 50 parishioners were locked into the Assemblies of God church before it was set ablaze. They were mostly women and children. Those who tried to flee were hacked to death by machete-wielding members of a mob numbering 2,000.
The 2008 New Year Day atrocity in the Kenyan village Eldoret, about 185 miles northwest of Nairobi, had all the markings of the Rwanda genocide of a decade earlier.
By mid-February 2008, more than 1,500 Kenyans were killed. Many were slain by machete-armed attackers. More than 500,000 were displaced by the religious strife. Villages lay in ruin. Many of the atrocities were perpetrated by Muslims against Christians.
The violence was led by supporters of Raila Odinga, the opposition leader who lost the Dec. 27, 2007, presidential election by more than 230,000 votes. Odinga supporters began the genocide hours after the final election results were announced Dec. 30. Mr. Odinga was a member of Parliament representing an area in western Kenya, heavily populated by the Luo tribe, and the birthplace of Barack Obama’s father.

[[and has numerous ties to Barack Obama, as detailed in the remainder of the story]]

OMG, Both Obama and Scumbag Dick Morris donated to Odinga’a campaign. I copied this from a blogger at the Wash. Times. Hannity needs to ask Morris about this. I want answers to why Dick Morris would support Odinga? I am soooo sick of all this bull shit crap !!!!

By: Kevin25
Here is some interesting information on Raila Odinga’s campaign that was leaked by ODM party members that were doubled-crossed by Odinga in November 2007 when Odinga supported others for the Bunge (Parliment) seats after those who got screwed donated huge sums of money to Odinga. Read and review:http://www.network54.com/Forum/204096/thread/1200846405/last-1200846405/ODM Friends on Senator BO (yes that is Barack Obama gave 66 million Kenyan Shillings ($1 million) to the ODM. Muammar gaddafi’s pldest son gave 53,450,000 Kenyan Shillings ($825,000) and Dick Morris (yes the Fox News analyst) gave 21,335,000 Shillings ($325,000). In fact Dick Morris held a press conference with Odinga )available on YouTube) in November 2007 to announce his pro bono work for Odinga just before the Odinga pact with the Mombassa based radical Muslims was leaked. Thereafter, Morris being a good Jew quitely exited from the scene once the Muslim MOU revealed that Kenya would become asanctuary for Muslim terrorists. Forget the Shariah law part of the MOU, harped on by many, the sanctuary for terrorists is the problem. Just this month, Odinga was attempting to get known terrorisrs extradicted to Ethiopia back to Kenya. The good news is taht Muammar Gaddafi who bought the Liaco Regency 5 star hotel by bribing Kenyan government officials said he will not give it back, after a popular uprising by the citizens of Kenya. Kenya is a battleground in the war with Islamic terrorists. Mombassa and the Kildini Harbour deep water port is a strategic asset because it is the best harbour in East Africa and the terminus of the Ugandan and Kenyan Railways built by the British when Mombassa was the capitol of British East Africa. It is the choke point for access to the sea for the natural resource rich African interior providing a means to export raw materials needed in industrial production. You Yanks know little about the rest of the world and the role of Muammar Gaddafi to rid East Africa of its two majority Christian countries Kenya and Ethiopia.

America has three weeks to sober up from the intoxication from Barack Hussein Obama, who I hold complicit in the atrocities visited upon the East Indian shopkeepers in Kisumu,Kenya. (Odinga’s thugs resorted to the old Mau Mau tactic of his Communist father of murder, mutilation, arson, rape and pillaging on a peaceful minority.) Obama used a Senate staffer, Mark Lippert, to assist his cousin Raila Odinga in Odinga political campaign for the Kenyan presidency. Obama and Lippert violated the Logan Act, Title 18, U.S. Code, Section 953. Lippert was the “filter” between the ODM and Obama. Will Obama nad Odinga slug down Jonnie Black scotch at the Royal Nairobi Golf Clud or the Stanley or Regency hotels in the future and trade stories how the scunked two democratic nations in gaining power? I fear for America and for East Africa. Don’t let the Obama counter-attack shout down the truth.

We’re not animals.

Now maybe can see why having no values, no moral code, no ethics, no faith can do to people.

I am ashamed, deeply ashamed that I was ever associated with the Democratic Party. I can not believe I never saw this in the Party before.

These people deserve to get what they are asking for, unfortunately, we don’t have too many options of somewhere else to go.

I am however obtaining a Passport for everyone in my family. I love America, but if this is what the future of this country looks like then i can’t stay around and watch it be destroyed. More importantly, I don’t want my kids to be exposed to these soulless, empty shells.

I checked into Passports last night, most U.S. Post Offices have the ability to take the 2 pictures you need, and do the necessary paperwork, but time is running out! it takes about a month to get them processed.

I think there’s a legitimate issue. It’s one thing to globalize, but when you leave your own populace without a way to make a living?

It’s one thing to cut off never-ending educational funds, but when kids are paying usury rates to go to college?

The Republicans brought a lot of this on themselves.

I like John McCain/Palin. I think they truly “get” it.

I think THEY are the moderate voice.

But I have no illusions that the Republicans haven’t earned this one.

Come on. They have blocked, blocked, blocked ANYTHING that helped real people for 8 years.

Steve1 - taking dope, smoking crack and being bi-sexual is all the rage today, esp. among young people and their athiest, ultra-left, boorish parents. Today’s youth is the result of parents who attended schools when prayer was taken out of school; the ‘everybody is o.k.’ and ‘every THING they do is o.k.’ is the ‘values’ they follow. the ‘you’re o.k.; I’m o.k.’ - chant that popular several years ago has now come to fruitation with our youth. Of course, this would be a GOOD thing, but a lot of GOOD things or GOOD people are NOT going on; unfortunately, too many BAD and IMMORAL things are happening and THAT’S never a ‘good’ thing.

Soerotoro/Obama supporters have been threatening that if Soertoro Obama doesn’t win, there will be riots. Looks like it doesn’t matter, the violence has already begun and will only get worse if left unchecked.

Reminds me of images of law officers turning water cannons on freedom marchers, of black and white activists being beaten up by bigots.

And it reminds me of those photos of the HJ beating up critics of Hitler to convince them of their error of not supporting their “chosen one”.

Anyone who believes this is “normal” election behavior is ignorant of their own history. This is dangerous behavior and the reason we have police to protect us from these irrational lunatics that blindly follow Soertoro/Obama over the edge of actually injuring those who disagree with them.

And Soertoro/Obama has actually proved he is not a leader because he can not stop their behavior; or he is not a leader because he doesn’t even try.

Comment by Ani | 2008-10-12 18:57:53

Of course Dems are not all thugs. I was a lifelong Dem and maxed out for Hillary, working harder for her than any candidate ever. Because she was qualified and worth it.

After the divisive, horrid and dishonest campaign Obama has run, I certainly cannot fathom any Democrat still supporting him — and the ‘thuggish’ tactics of Pelosi, Dean, Frank, Brazile, et al, indicate to me this is not the Dem. party I thought I knew.

Those are the ‘thugs’ who need to be cleaned out.

Unfortunately, too many good Democrats got caught up in this debacle. The pretense rthat there actually was a primary going on that could have a legitimate outcome was just that — pretense and farce.

The DNC elite had its agenda from Day One and they were going to push it through no matter what. Hopefully we can stop them from completing their dishonest mission on November 4th.

Daley reins in radicals — the Chicago Way
John Kass
5:26 PM CDT, October 11, 2008
Turn on the TV news when John McCain is picking up undecided voters by invoking Barack Obama’s relationship with unrepentant American terrorist William Ayers and, invariably, some liberal talking head will sniff in disgust and say Ayers is no big deal where Obama comes from.

Unfortunately, that’s true. Ayers is a terrorist. But this is Chicago.

Obama and Ayers are neighbors and they worked together on school issues with the same foundation. Obama’s political coming-out party was held in Ayers’ living room when Obama was running for his first political office.

And the boss of Chicago is Mayor Richard Daley. Mayor Shortshanks has thrown his protective embrace around both men. These are facts.

Family ties proved Ayers’ point But the reason Ayers is not a big deal in Chicago has to do with the Chicago Way, and the left fork of that road that has been bought and paid for by the Daley machine, subsidized by taxpayers who foot the bill for public relations contracts from City Hall.

The new Daley machine is much more sophisticated than his father’s. And the stereotype of knuckle-draggers and wiseguys—they’re still around, and there are jobs on the city payroll for those who work the precincts.

Yet what’s often ignored is that their university-educated cousins get city contracts to spin the news and shape the symbolism and tell out-of-town reporters that Ayers is no big deal. They won’t bite the hand that feeds them. For an examination of the Daley spin machine—and its cost to taxpayers—please see Tribune reporter Dan Mihalopoulos’ story in the Sunday editions.

One friend of Obama and Ayers is former ’60s radical Marilyn Katz, now an Obama fundraiser, strategist and public relations maven. She’s often a go-to quote for reporters to knock down the Ayers-Obama story.

“What Bill Ayers and [former Black Panther, now U.S. Rep.] Bobby Rush . . . did 40 years ago has nothing to do with [the presidential campaign],” Katz was quoted as saying in the Chicago Sun-Times in April. “[Ayers] has a national reputation. He lectures at Harvard [University] and Vassar [College].”

What that story and many other pro-Obama articles gloss over is that during the violent protests of the 1968 Democratic National Convention here, Katz was the security chief for the radical Students for a Democratic Society. She once advocated throwing studded nails in front of police cars, back in the SDS days when the group was alleged to have thrown cellophane bags full of human excrement at cops and cans of urine and golf balls impaled with nails.

How things change.

Under this Daley, her firm, MK Communications, has many city deals, and one involves public relations for the Chicago Police Department’s community policing program. From nails to contracts, the Chicago Way. Apparently, irony was not a ’60s thing.

Now, as Daley prepares to lay off more than 1,000 city workers, he’s given Katz and other public relations firms five-year contracts that could pay them as much as $5 million each for consulting, advertising and promotion.

Getting in good with Daley hasn’t been bad for business. She also lists as her clients Daley’s Chicago Housing Authority, Daley’s City Colleges, Daley’s city Law Department, and Daley’s Departments of Aviation, Environment, Housing, Human Services, Planning and Development, Public Health, Public Works, Streets and Sanitation, Intergovernmental Affairs, Special Events—the list goes on.

Clearly, if she wasn’t a good soldier for Shortshanks her list of clients would be quite small. Katz is often aggravating, but she’s also funny and smart, so I called her to submit my theory: That by buying off the political left—through PR contracts to Katz, through his own support for Ayers—Daley maintains control over message and symbolism.

“I don’t see it that way,” said Katz. “As kids, our issues were schools, the environment, housing—and these things are the same things that the mayor cares about. So we have this in common. The agendas that drove us pulled us together. It’s about respect for each other’s point of view, not what we did when we were 19.”

On Ayers and Obama, Katz still insists it isn’t a story.

“Bill and I were in different parts of SDS. We disagreed on tactics. Bill has spent his entire life contributing to the betterment of society. That’s all I can say about Bill,” she said.

Happily, I beg to differ. Ayers is a terrorist—the narcissistic son of privilege and clout—whose father, Thomas, was the boss of Commonwealth Edison and a friend of the late Mayor Richard J. Daley. As a leader of the ultraviolent Weather Underground, Ayers admitted to helping bomb the U.S. Capitol and the Pentagon in the 1970s. He should have been sent to prison. Instead, Chicago political clout allowed him and his wife, fellow radical Bernardine Dohrn, to magically join the payrolls of universities here.

Obama says he was 8 years old when the bombs went off. But he was a grown man when he sought Ayers’ political blessing, and when they worked on the same education projects.

“They’re friends. So what?” Mayor Daley said in August.

He’s the boss and the master spinner. So it must not be a story.

This is so typical of the type of thing that Obama wants of his supporters. I think people have lost their minds. Get in my face? NOT a really good idea at the moment. I have lived through an ugly Nevada caucus as a Precinct Captain for Hillary, I have lived through the ugly county/state conventions, and I have lived through the fiasco that was Denver. Oh yeah-I WAS a pacifist. Now? Just stay the hell away from me you THUGS.

Obama is not the grand “unifier” . His inability to “restrain” his supporters, and to guide them into being respectful, caring human beings, tells me the kind of man he really is.

I believe a dangerous man is running for the highest office, and it would only get worse, should he be elected. Pray for a McCain win.

I totally agree with.

We need to pray really hard that God will wake up Americans who are asleep.

If anyone takes the time to do just a little research on Obama, they will find things out that will frighten them.

And just when you think you know everything there is to know, there is more stench and corruption with BO. (fitting initials, huh?)

Freedom is not free.

There are evil people who want to steal the precious freedoms we have in America — and Obama is their front man — for now.

THIS IS ALL DUE TO RACE BAITER JOHN LEWIS COMPARING JOHN MCCAIN TO GEORGE WALLACE. IT AFFECTED THOSE YOUNG MEN’S ALREADY DERANGED MINDS AND CAUSED THEM TO TRY TO ASSASSINATE HIM.

So shocking to see the word “cunt” from Obama supporters… They sure are doing a good job of winning over the female vote.

Comment by Woman Voter | 2008-10-12 18:39:31

Why isn’t the media covering these attacks? Why is it only Hillary and Bill got slimmed as racists with NO FACTS and now the same thing is being done to McCain/Palin?!?

get the word out there please — do not let these tactics go unreported. The internet is everywhere…get the word out to your friends and family.

It should be done anyway ..maybe there is just one.. just one honorable decent journalist left at one of those networks…then again I believe in the Easter Bunny.

Jeremiah - I did JUST THAT! I also emailed NBC knowing they’ll just ‘flick it off’ BUT if HUNDREDS OF US email them, then they don’t want to be left ‘behind’ - as in ratings. If they see other news stations are polling ahead, they’ll jump on the bandwagon and try to lure views back by maybe, just maybe - they’ll AIR THE TRUTH FOR ONCE. It’s worth a chance and we MUST do it - EVERYONE, email this link - http://noquarterusa.net/blog/2008/10/12/the-obama-campaign-role-models-patterned-violence/#comment-895495

to ALL the news channels. It’ll take a little time, but this is OUR country we’re talking about. Also, please send this link to ALL people in your email book. This is just not POLITICAL anymore; this is about VALUES, and the HATRED spread for ONE human being - Sarah Palin.

Emailing MSM beyond Hannity or Greta is just going to put them on alert and they’ll come up with some phoney ’so what’ excuse. Hit ‘em where it hurts.

We can only hope that enough of this gets out to change some minds ..At least maybe the Undecideds?

I don’t like violence of any kind and if I had ever supported Obama for POTUS this would at least make me want to do some more research.

Oh well , I can hope anyway.

Don’t forget Gallup Pollster said 30-40% usual amount of hang-ups for polling is now at 80%.

That can not be good news for Obama.

The Obot trash has incited this anger after nearly 2 years of insults, threats and other abuse at Hillary and her supporters first and now at McCain/Palin and then they have the f***ing gall to wonder that we’re angry.

The media and Obama surrogates like that senile race-baiting cretin Lewis can continue to hide the fact that it was the Obots who CAST THE FIRST STONE and they can continue smearing us as well.

Be forewarned, no matter how much you try to silence and intimidate us with accusations of faux racism you would do well to remember that you can only kick a dog so many times before it finally bites you.

We’ve been kicked to the point where we NO longer care what you say or think of us or threaten us with. WE ARE BITING AND HARD!
