Meanwhile, back in the United States, the US Senate is actually in session!! I bet you didn’t realize that since Obama is on his World Tour! But Obama not being in the Senate does not stop him from claiming credit, falsely, for one of the big committees in the Senate, the Banking Committee. He flat out said - with hand on his chest to make the point - that the Banking Committee is HIS committee! Here’s the kicker - he ISN’T EVEN ON IT!!! Wowie zowie - with all of the lies this man has told about his experience, especially his legislative experience, it is sure a good thing that his supporters have finally woken up and realized what a lying, conniving, scheming, Chicago-style politician he is!!! Oh, wait - that hasn’t happened yet. But we can hope that SOMEDAY they will realize they have been had. Of course, it would help if the media actually did their job to facilitate that awakening. This is me NOT holding my breath.

CNN’s Friday, July 11, latest masterpiece in manipulation, indicates the degree to which the obama (I refuse to ever capitalize his name) campaign is worried. Giving Hillary more continuous air coverage, in this 60 minute special, than it ever did during the vote-getting season, the network hinted that Hillary deserves some credit, after all. While they pointed out (in their version) that, although she ran a terrible campaign which got off on a failing footing - due to her “arrogant” presumption of entitlement to office (a perspective the MSM, not Senator Clinton, generated) - it’s now come to light that the Clintons hold sway with millions of voters.  

Now, isn’t that an extraordinary insight we needed ‘the world’s largest news network‘ to make clear? And that being the case, it’s time to give this she-devil her due - for, without her, it appears their Golden Boy might fall short of their mutual aims. While the same evidently illiterate geniuses at work continue to blur all distinctions between Hillary’s platforms and Barack’s, they and obama’s conjoined Corporate cause has begun, at last, to realize his polling results are shakier, week by week, and that will not serve. A strategic new spin is, thus, demanded. 

And this one, as demonstrated by Andersen Cooper and friends, requires due deference to the more qualified Clinton, her unswerving supporters and even (however demeaning to acknowledge) her husband, with his record of salvaging our Republic from the ravages of the first Bush. We really should give MSM credit due. It musn’t be easy to stoop to inviting back two genuine, intelligent Hillary supporters (not the backstabbers they usually prefer to include). Next, think of the editing gymnastics involved in juxtaposing these candid commentaries on the Clintons’ undying merits with enough punctuating invalidations by network anti-Clintons to convey their  real message. Obama and his minions carried on for months about honoring the people’s vote. Well, guess what? Hillary won the popular vote (and YES, I am including Florida and Michigan where millions voted) and she won more big states. That means she won more congressional districts and counties. So, if Obama wants us to honor the people’s vote, why did almost 200 supers representing Clinton states or districts support Obama? It’s time they honored the people’s vote.

Using data from www.sourcewatch.org (superdelegate transparency project), I created the spreadsheet below. PUMAs, this is your list of superdelegates who betrayed Hillary, their constituents, and us, the Democratic voters. There are 190 names below! Are your elected officials on it? Find out! Contact them! Remind them that you don’t have to support them at the ballot box. We need 175 patriots to come to their senses before Denver – 175 off of this list – which means most. Get going!

I have long argued that Obama is the political reincarnation of Richard Nixon. Sure their politics are different, but their personae are not. Richard Nixon was a control freak, so is Barack Obama. Nixon would do whatever it took to win lying and pandering his way into office, Barack is no different.

Nixon broke into a psychiatrist’s office to get dirt on his opponent’s, while innuendo that likely emanated from within the Obama campaign undid the candidacies of Blair Hull (domestic abuse allegations) and Jack Ryan (sexual impropriety allegations). Nixon was a narcissist, Obama is hardly any less of one.

I see a very different Obama. I see one who threw four people off a ballot so he could run unopposed. I see someone who played the race card over and over again. I see someone who has been nothing but duplicitous.

I see someone who tells the American public that his campaign takes no money from lobbyists and then rakes in millions from lobbying firms via the back door. His political 180s are nothing new. I have said this before there is no there there in Barack Obama. He has no core convictions other than his own political welfare.

It was bad enough that Barack Obama failed to mention Hillary Clinton’s debt at a Manhattan fundraiser Wednesday night. Only after an aide reminded him, Obama had to climb back on stage, quiet the music down, and ask the crowd to reach under their chairs for an envelope and put “something” in it. Now, via Politico’s Ben Smith, we learn that Sen. Clinton is not even receiving the courtesy of being vetted for the vice presidential slot:

Senator Obama, in his shameless pandering regarding one of the world’s worst atrocities, was trying to ‘liberate’ voters from reality. It seems supplanting facts with his ’special’ embellishments is a particular talent of his. He is constantly looking to make himself a hero by association. In his speeches, he raises the specter of every great leader we’ve ever had, conveniently mentioning himself in the same breath. This ‘holocaust’ fabrication, while one of many, was not one I took kindly to, for obvious reasons.

Dr. Kate’s June 6, 2008 article, “My Letter to the Editor re a Democratic Superdelegate’s Threats,” reports writing to California Super Delegate Steven J. Ybarra to question Obama’s qualifications for President and got the following response:

“[g]ood for you, when the fascists come in the middle of the night to take you to a concentration camp, remember how you voted.

I have recently submitted a letter to the editor concerning a Sacramento-area Democratic superdelegate. I quoted his exact remarks where he threatened voters with a concentration camp stay if they did not vote for Obama.

I was so disturbed by his remarks that I called him, and received an earful of profanities, insults and threats. This is very disturbing to be greeted by this kind of profanity when a simple question was asked of him.

I felt it my duty to report this in his local newspaper, and I have reported him to the Democratic National Committee.

I wanted you to know about this and to feel comfortable in calling me if there is any problem with this letter. I have all the backup documentation you need.
